I was driving alone a long ways from home and he was able to get to me on Thanksgiving day and change my tire for me. So kind and knew what he was doing . Got me back on the road within 15 minutes! Very thankful!

Called to schedule a tow for repair and Phillip was very polite and helpful, stating that he would pick up the car the following day between 12-2pm. He was asked to call when he was on the way and was given two phone numbers where we could be reached. We waited for him to arrive. No call. At almost 2 I sent a text asking if he was coming as we had scheduled (hoping he was just running behind) and he replied that "I can't but I do have my back up company can still same price it 41 towing." I explained to him that I was relying on him and I would find someone else. He replied that he can't tow when the tow truck is down. While this is true, he had TWO different numbers where he could have communicated that to us so that we could make other arrangements.

I've known this company and family for a while now. Even though the owner stays extremely busy, he always takes time to see that young adults with special needs are left laughing and happy. Sometimes that's with a hug or handshake or sometimes that means letting them see his lights go on or him blowing the horn on the truck. If you want a good guy, this is who you want.

I used this garage to replace my broken timing belt that happened while I was visiting my family in Georgia. The owner was able to get my acura repaired within 2 days. (My car was a Vigor that was only made in the USA for 2 years, so parts had to be ordered, as you can imagine.) This garage seemed to be proficient with Japanese models. My family uses him for all their Dodge service needs. His hourly labor rate was $50/hr CHEAPER than my regular mechanic in Colorado. I would consider him to do all my routine maintenance every summer when I visit. He saved me hundreds of dollars. They appeared to be a family owned business. With a small staff, you cant fault him for not being as quick as the bigger chain models. Go to Midas if you're too impatient to wait for a knowledgeable diagnosis.

I've been waiting for 3 months for my truck to be fixed. He charges outrageous prices. I had to leave my truck with him and because I wasnt there to be on him to get it fixed, its STILL not done.
