That Hispanic chick needs to calm down and learn how to treat her costumers. It’s that Hispanic girl with long black long hair so annoying and RUDE. Went in Sunday 10/15/23 about 4:45 and she was so disrespectful not only to us but to others that were in the store trying to get help or questions answered. If she hates her job so much then why is she there, but we weren’t the only ones she gave attitude too, it was to every person going in the store asking questions or needed help with new service. They need to fire her.

Somewhat friendly. They spent a lot more time answering questions with “I don’t know”. Not very knowledgeable about their products and services. I wasted my whole lunch break trying to get the customer service that I needed. Seems to be the standard procedure for most of their stores. Never been to a Metro store where I was impressed with the staff...

Attitude from the Hispanic woman most definitely. Didn't get her name but she need be fired. 4/27/23@11:00 is when she was working. Didn't wanna help me at all in fact she didn't help me at all. Didn't wanna even listen to what I had to say. If metro wants to keep customer then they need to fire this woman.

Every time I go into this particular location they have attitude they wanted to start a fight with me trying to tell me that I had bought a phone September 2nd 2021! There's no way that I bought a cell phone September 2nd of 2021 I'm on the widow survivor plan I don't even get paid on that day plus I was on two broken ankle bones and a broke heel bone and I didn't even go back to the doctor till September 13th of 2021 I was not even walking or driving at the time but I just get tired of the disrespect and the coldness when you go in here they act like you owe them something and I have been a customer of T-Mobile and Metro for over 13 years now I just get tired of the disrespect and arguing with me! I expected better customer service from this place

Me and my fiancé went in there to have his phone activated with his phone number that already exists and there were 2 ladies working. Luz and I'm not sure of the other ones name. They were not friendly at all, and they acted like they weren't even interested in helping. Plus, the phone bill was not even due yet and the younger lady took a deep breath and sighed like she wasn't at all interested on helping. I seriously don't know why this company hires nobody but Hispanic ladies. I know a few women that could easily replace these ladies that have a cheerful attitude and want to help those. So I'm giving this rating a one star because we did not leave the store with a good experience and they could've been more friendly and more interested in making sure the customers needs were met with a friendly smile. Come on ladies, y'all can do better than that.

The one in Calhoun Georgia is when the worst places I've ever been. They don't have a clue what's going on with any of the phones, they're in a hurry to get you out, and spend more time on their phones worrying about their personal lives than anything to do with business. You're losing a lot of customers to the store in Calhoun. Thank you

I went to that store to get a phone for my wife's birthday and the young lady at the counter try to tell me that she couldn't ad the new phone and line to my account I had to call metro then the problem was solved she was able to magically ad the new line to my account but then I had another problem she couldn't ad it to my family plan which of course be a lot cheaper no she had to put me on a 60 dollar plan then she added some extra bundle stuff to add another 15 dollars on top of the 60 plan she out me on but thankfully I call MetroPCS and they where able to ad that new line to my family plan so instead of me paying 75 dollars for just one line I pay 90 for 3 this people are the worse they always have an attitude and they look like they don't want to do they job so when you go there to get a service you are paying for in retaliation for making them do their job they make you pay more on purpose so save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I had a bad experience today 5/19 trying to get information about my account and wanting to add another line. It seemed the lady really had no interest in helping me. When I asked her about my account she said her computer was locked up and then she got a personal phone call and I didn't mattered. She told me her computer would be down for 30 minutes. She gave me a rough estimate which I felt was too high and said I would go somewhere else. She didn't seem to care. I've been a customer with MetroPCS for at least 5 years and constantly getting texts for upgrades.

I came here to add another phone line to my account. Manda was so sweet and very helpful! She helped me set up my new phone and switched over my pictures and contacts. I would definitely recommend this place to switch over from Verizon, AT&T, cricket. Etc. No contacts, no hidden fee's and reasonable prices ?

I went to the store to get info on upgrading my phone. Then I went to the Cricket store next door. I got a better deal at Cricket. I had to go back to Metro to get info on my code to switch because I had Metro for 12 yrs and could not remember it. The girl at the store told me she could not help me and to call 611 from my phone. So I went back to the other store, called 611 from my Metro phone only to be told by that agent that a rep at a store has to help me with that. When I told her I went to the store and they told me to call 611 she again said I had to get the information needed at the store, so I walked back to the store only for the girl at the desk to be rude to me because she knew I decided to go with Cricket instead of upgrading with Metro. She even became abruptly rude. I had the Metro call center agent on the phone who asked me to hand the phone to the girl at the store. She gave her the instructions on what to do and before I can talk to the center agent, this girl hung up my call. Again, she did not help me because I couldn't remember pertinent information she was asking me for. When repeating to her I couldn't remember she started yelling at my sister in law for trying to explain to her I have memory problems. She started yelling at her in such a way 2 other girls got involved in the conversation. My sister in law kept trying to explain to them my situation and this one girl started yelling at her, so my sister asked her to calm down that we just need help and why she was getting so abrupt and all of a sudden she began accusing my sister for getting involved in the conversation and that they could not help me. It was like if the 3 girls were hanging up on my sister who was just trying to help them understand my issue. Next thing I know they were kicking us out of the store. Never had I had such an unprofessional experience in a store. Glad I chose to change to Cricket.

So we went asked for a phone that we wanted and that its supposed to be for sell because it's on one of those things that they have where they showed the phone and the price. they told us that they don't have it. Ok...We asked for help, what can be done? Can they get the phone? They told us no, another store has it. How come you're selling a phone that you don't have? That's ridiculous.
