My sons truck got towed and I was given Lover's Lane as the company who picked up the vehicle. I called and found out they they were not the company that picked it up. Mitchell the gentleman I spoke with went above and beyond to help me. He called all the other services asking if they picked it up. I would definitely recommend this company for any services you may need. If they were that helpful to me, I can only imagine how good they are to their customers.

If I could give more stars, I would! Tired of waiting 1.5+ hrs. in the AAA queue (with a message that it would be even longer), I called Lovers Lane Auto for a disabled van tow from my house to a local garage. Helpful office lady had good info for my case. And a good price. Next, the tow truck's speedy arrival plus efficient, experienced, personable Jalen had my car up, secured, and on its way to the shop in just a few minutes. Stress over, thanks to their team!

We had a blow out on I75 N on our way to the TN Aquarium and cheerleading completion, after calling 511 and they could not help us our ins co. Finally got us help with your business and let me tell everyone they are above and beyond with getting people back on the road again! I am very grateful for our tow driver, very polite, willing to help he went above and beyond to make sure we were ok, And got all 6 of us off that dangerous I75 shoulder. 2 were young kids and one elderly woman, one disabled woman and her daughter and her boyfriend, so thank you very much Lovers Lane! God Bless and rest assured I will recommend you to everyone!

Mitchell is amazing, fast, friendly and professional. He hurried out to make sure I wasn’t stranded alone in the dark with my disabled vehicle. He also was great about communicating and was there when he said he would be. I highly recommend him for your towing needs

Mitchell and Jalen were great!! They helped get all the vehicles in the accident towed back to the yard. Both are very nice and very helpful and most important they make sure everyone and their vehicles are safe. Very happy with their services and I highly recommend them whenever you need a tow!!!

Mitchell and Jalen Are two of the most professional gentleman I have met in this business they were very caring after my accident. Going above and beyond their job they took me to their shop and then took me to my vehicle to get my personal items out. The girls at the office were very nice. I can’t say good things about these people and their business. If you ever need a tow service, these are the people to call.They’re still good people in this world God is good and so is Mitchell and Jalen

Jalen was a total life saver!! My mom and I were stranded in Calhoun and needed a tow service to Chattanooga, TN. Without him, we would be stranded in our car. Jalen was so kind and sweet, taking us all the way back home. His customer service skills are top notch and I am so glad we had the pleasure to talk to him!Jalen, if you do read this, good luck with your CDL job transfer! My mom and I are cheering for you!! Mitchell was our angel in disguise! We had a tire blow out at 3:00am while traveling to Florida and had to get a hotel for a few hours. We didn’t have the lug nut key (from the dealership ?) to change the tire, so we had to have it towed. I was struggling to find a tire shop that would be able to change it without the key, but Mitchell called me back, said he had already found a shop that could change it. He then came to pick us up from our hotel, take us to tow the car and then drop us off at the tire shop. We would’ve been lost without Mitchell!!
