Friendly service. Love the walk up window it saves time. Did have to wait one day for one prescription to be ordered but that was fine. They don't accept good Rx because they have their own discount service but meds were cheap.

Kroger pharmacy had sent in a refill request to the wrong doctor of which she denied the refill and then refused to give me a few furosemide until the right doctor was contacted.

Calhoun Kroger pharmacy has the most caring and friendly staff of any pharmacy I have ever been to! When you go to a pharmacy, you normally just pick up your meds and leave. But for us, in that small amount of time, they left a huge impact on me and my dog's life. Every single time we needed refills or any assistance, they made it happen. Everytime we came in, they remembered my dog's name. I appreciate the entire staff there and they deserve recognition for the great work they do.

Slowest pharmacy ever, takes 4 hours just to give me a bottle of pills. They're always chit chatting instead of getting a move on. I got places to be I can't be waiting forever #Slow #WorkFaster

Store was clean except the ladies restroom. No toilet paper or seat covers in any of the stalls except 1. Staff were friendly Ang helpful in the store. Once I got to the gas station the young lady was on her phone I asked her what did she say she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and sight and said "I'm on the phone". Nevertheless I was still kind to her and told her to have a wonderful day and weekend. Im not sure if I was supposed to know she was on the phone but she was not happy with me. Maybe she was having a bad day.

My husband had back surgery and I was getting a prescription for pain medication filled for him here because it was cheaper. Big mistake. The pharmacist Ashley was the rudest person ever. She had no reason to look at me and talk to me the way she did. Since he is a new patient, she asked why we were filling it there and where we normally filled. When I told her CVS is where we normally fill, she asked me why we weren't filling it there! I bet we won't ever again! Kroger has a mega Karen running potential new customers off! Next time I will pay more for a prescriptions and deal with a place that employs someone like her. It is important for people like her to understand that you never know what someone is going through. There's no reason to treat people that way.
