Employees are very friendly and helped with our needs! Went in to find a water heater element and was in and out within five minutes!

Best Home Depot in Georgia!! the Calhoun location is my home store and I basically live at this place. Everybody's friendly Cindy at the checkouts and Sarah in Paint dept are two of my favorite employees. I definitely recommend getting a pro account. You'll never lose a receipt and you'll always have good records of what you've purchased there. The whole staff is more like a family very helpful!!

Leaving this negative review not because we’ve had terrible experiences in general at this Home Depot, but simply because this makes 3 years in a row (after 10+ years with zero issue) that we’ve had to wait an inordinate amount of time for someone to simply trim and bag a Christmas tree. As I write this we’ve been waiting over a half hour and the garden center employee does nothing but give vague, conflicting, disinterested answers as to why we’re having to wait so long for something so simple.

On par with any other Home Depot and the employees were helpful. That is how I gauge Home Depot's stores. If they roll their eyes and pawn you off on their nearest coworker... Well, we've all been there. Everybody here was actually helpful and one even asked if they could help me find anything without being prompted. Definitely above average service.

Nice big parking lot with outside pickup ....Some time people are mean ( its human nature i think) some staff members just don't know customer service skills so ignore that part.its the store in the small town ....Have so much to bring home or you can order online pickup at this store.....

One bad apple can spoil a cart. To the gentleman who works in the back near the plumbing. Kindness goes a long way. Maybe you could learn a few things from your fellow co workers about customer service. You were rude and disrespectful.

Associates are usually more worried about rushing back to their cell phones or chatting with coworkers while on the clock. And are generally less knowledgeable than a child with a Fisherprice toy workbench putzing around. Apparently they are also incapable of utilizing a tape measure/ruler and unwilling to eyeball lumber to make sure what they are picking is presentable to a customer and not chewed up all to hell. And heaven forbid you actually need a specific item and order exactly that. Out of 8 5” carriage bolts I recently picked up, I got 3 6”, 4 5” and a 4”.. so how blind do you have to be to jot see the size difference. I do realize these issues stems for the poor employee pool the stores draw from, and it’s really no wonder those contractors who purchase from places like these big box stores do such shoddy work routinely.

Last year I was able to pay, then pull my truck under the loading zone and someone would help me load 15 bags of concrete. I bought some last weekend and now I have to drag a cart through the store, load 15 bags on to cart from the shelves, drag 900 pound cart through the store, pay, then drag through the parking lot to load.
