Customers switched from other banks after 10+ years and highly recommend it. The bank has great staff and friendly service, though a recent software transition caused clunky issues. Overall, customer service is 10/10.

You can't beat the options they have for checking and savings account but all in all, the best part of this bank is their service. On top of being fast and efficient, they are kind and easy to work with. I switched to this bank from another bank I had been at for 10+ years for that reason. Highly recommend this bank.
