I scheduled a repair of my windshield that had a crack smaller than a quarter and was given an out of pocket quote of $88. When the technician tried to repair the glass, it caused the area to spread at least 12 inches. “Conveniently” they replace windshields and I was quoted $877 for a windshield and was told to file it on my insurance. The service technician was very nice but the service representatives were deceiving. Very disappointed. Will not use again.Service: Auto windshield repair

Called and got a quote to have a windshield installed into my car of 125.91. When the tech arrived onsite the price went to 185. Found out the call center misquoted the installation. Not upset with the technician who came to do the job, but the call center leaves much to be desired. Will not be calling this company in the future.

Well done, from start to finish. Helen, the woman who scheduled our service appointment, was most helpful. And Mark, who installed the new windshield, inspired confidence that our car would be good as new after he completed his careful work.
