We have been a customer since before 1994. This new company don't have the same small town company that it did when it was Calhoun LP gas. I understand everything changes but this change was not for the best. You have to call over 5 times to talk to your local branch.

I deal with a lady name Kathy at the Ranger Ga area. She is the most helpful and respectful CSR that I have ever dealt with. She always goes out of her way to help me. All of the drivers are highly professional and very polite. Could not ask for any better service ! . They are all Great. I would highly recommend this gas company. Thank You All, Kathy Patterson

This company came on my property without notice or permission and drained propane from a propane tank and placed a lock on it. Leaving my home without heat for several days while I was out of town. Apparently the unmarked tank was leased by the PREVIOUS owner of my property. I contacted Calhoun LP Gas and questioned them why they did that. Kayla (customer service) informed me that they could come on my property any time they pleased to do whatever they pleased with the tank. Also accused me of breaking the law by using another propane company to fill the tank ON MY PROPERTY. I tried to explain that I DID NOT HAVE A LEASE with them and was unaware the unmarked tank belonged to them. The tank had been on my property for over a year after we purchased it. They refuse to accept responsibility for the damage to my property or even refill the propane they drained. ($400)Hopefully anyone considering a tank lease or using this company for propane will take heed and consider this review. Apparently customer service is a foreign concept for them. Do not use this company!!!!

I have had an awesome experience so far working with Gas Incorporated. The office people are very friendly, knowledgeable and relay messages promptly. The tech Tim is amazing. He is punctual to the minute very knowledgeable and diligent at what he does, very helpful when asked questions and just an overall great person to work with

I had the pleasure of dealing with Paige Leffew from the Cartersville location when trying to get new service set up for my grampa. We were offered a promotion from a sales rep prior to dealing with Paige. The sales rep tried not to honor what she had offered, but Paige stepped in and went right to work. She is hands down the nicest person I have ever dealt with in business/customer service! She went above and beyond to help us get what was offered and expected. You just don't meet too many nice, genuine people like her that truly care and take the time to listen and help. The best customer service experience I've ever had!

Gas Inc. is reliable and performed the work as I expected. Tim B. did a complete installation of the exterior lines and prepping my tank. He was prompt and is very knowledgeable of the field. He worked quickly and safely and made him self available by phone anytime I have questions about the system. I’m happy I have gas service for my house now and I would recommend Gas Inc. to anyone that is searching for a local company in Cartersville.
