I have had nothing but trouble with them. I'm having to get new cards every month because someone trys to use my card and all they can do is issue me a new one. I'm tried of the B'S and the run around. Come the first i will be changing banks

I started calling the Calhoun Ga branch at 11:00am and get get anyone to answer the phone until 2:05pm only for the lady to tell me that she can’t help me transfer money over the phone!! What good is it to have customer service if they can’t do the job by simply answering a phone??

Disappointed.Branch manager is out of the office for days and he is the person in charge of releasing the hold of the Mobile Deposit. This bank doesn’t take customer’s money seriously as I need the money immediately. Will look a bank with better service.

Terrible bank that locks your account when you purchase something, but does nothing about a fraudulent charge. Extremely rude over the phone… don’t even bother with these guys go somewhere else

This bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, if you called ask a question before you even get it out of your mouth they’re telling you we don’t do that. They do sound snooty and superior on the phone. That’s not the case though. Their policies are lies as well as their answers about other questions. I found anything that is written down to be policy is nowhere near being true. If I didn’t have an account with this bank I would not open one and I would advise everybody else not to either. That’s just my opinion but there’s got to be something better in town going on. My aunt banked with this bank for years and seem to be very happy. That’s the reason I wanted to come there and have an account also. Since they moved out of the little building where they were before that’s when their new policies which provide nothing started. Just beware!

WORST BANK IN TOWN DONT GO!! THEY LIE STRAIGHT THROUGH THEYRE TEETH THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AT ALL!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVERR.. SAID MY ACCOUNT WAS NEGATIVE BLOCKED MY CARD HAD TO GET A DIFFERENT ONE AND STILL THE SAME AMOUNT!! Even tho they said they card was at balance of 0.00 really really really bad bank... But for others they can get it solved but for me they can't... I've had over 3 probles with them in the last 3 months!!! Highly don't recommend this bank at all..

Every month i cannot make the payment online because there is issues with the site. Then i call to make a payment and they are rude and charge me an 8 dollar fee. If i went and got a new car tomorrow and they told me my loan was through FSCU, i wouldn't purchase the vehicle! Terrible place!!!

I like this bank! They helped me get a loan for my car, and made it very easy for me. They are also very nice and I’ve never had any problems here. Only downside is they’re closed weekends and close early some during the week. Also, sometimes the drive thru can be busy and long, but that’s expected.

This has got to be the slowest bank/CU I have EVER dealt with! The drive thru is a joke! If someone has a transaction that is going to take longer than 20 dang minutes MAKE THEM COME INSIDE and get out of the drive thru!!!!!!!!!!! Especially at lunch time!!!!!!! 4 freaking cars went on the other side and I was still stuck behind someone. Never even moved!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! NO FREAKING EXCUSE!!!!!!!!
