Not a customer, but my family had the most horrible experience with whomever was working there today. My husband had a flat tire on his motorcycle and pulled in the parking lot. It began to rain, so he stood on the sidewalk under the awning to call me. Not only that, his phone is busted so he needed me to research how to get it towed back down to Rome while I was 45 minutes away. She came outside and let him know he was loitering. Even after explaining that he could not move his bike, she still repeatedly told him he was loitering and to leave. Where was he supposed to go? It costs $0 to be kind. Thanks for making an already bad day worse.

Complete cash is a great place to do business we had some bills come up and we needed to get fast cash. The ladies up there are so accommodating and sweet. Aubrey was such a great help. Every time I go in to pay my bill or whatever they are just so nice. If I ever need to pawn my title again I'll definitely come back to complete cash. We will never use anyone else again!
