I rented a Uhaul on 7/27/23. I was supposed to be able to get truck with uhaul app at 7am. When I went through the process the app said hand delivery of key at 8 am. I had 7 guys getting paid to do the move. I went in gas station and the female clerk who was very heavy set and also very bad tooth decay.said they do not mess with uhauls until 9 am. I waited for over a 1.5 hours and eventually uhaul customer services sent me to another locationwhere I got the truck in 5 minutes.While I waited I noticed there where no customers and she was doing absolutely nothing. I feel very bad for the owner that that lost the sale and is paying her to do absolutely nothing.
