Forced to wait in line outside on the sidewalk even though the store was not very business. Employee at the door was rude and didn't explain that you are not allowed to just walk in. Chased us down and demanded we go back outside and wait. If your going to force people to wait in line outside, maybe put up a sign indicating this. Also forced to listen to the employees sales pitch while waiting because I had no choice while being forced to stand outside in the cold. Overall very unprofessional. No other stores in this shopping center had lines outside requiring customers to wait before entering. Considering how empty the inside of the store was, still don't understand the reason behind forcing customers to stand outside in line.

Great sales. Customer service was excellent. My sugar was dropping and an associate heard me on the phone with my husband and she said I will get you something to eat. She brought me a granola bar. Just so sweet for her to do this for me. Wish I had gotten her name.
