I came here after being taken advantage of somewhere else. I walked in upset and the gal at the front counter was kind the understanding. The mechanic stopped what he was was doing and pulled my car in right away (I did not have appt.) The car was assessed properly and quickly. The work was completed within a workday. The owner was upfront and knowledgeable. I'm very happy to have an honest mechanic. Thank you Garrett's.

I was able to get a last minute oil change right before a holiday road trip. After finding out I was going to be driving a long distance, Garrett Automotive checked over my car and tires to make sure everything looked safe. The waiting room was very comfortable and welcoming. Overall great experience!

I brought in my ford expedition with no appointment and really needing my passenger side window worked on as it was broken in the down position . With the weather being as bad as its been in years i wasnt looking forward to picking it up next week. I was joking when i asked if i could just pick it up same day and she had no problem with that! I picked it up fixed with a couple of other items i asked if they could do while is was in the shop anyways . Really happy i found my new Automotive repair people. Defifinatly recommend and its as good as it gets. Thanks so much!

You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle to these guys! I came to this shop on a recommendation from a trusted friend after buying my first post-divorce used car by myself last year. As a single mother on a tight budget, I bought a car that had significant problems that the seller was up-front about, but needed to be fixed right away. I had been yanked around & lied to by two other auto shops in town before finally going to see these guys. Third time is the charm, apparently! From the minute I walked in, Chris was amazing. He walked me through every single thing I'd been told about that car, plus everything he found during his inspection. He described everything to me in enough detail that I would understand it's function and necessity to be fixed. He told me what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait & for how long. I decided then and there that no one else would ever touch my car again. His estimated timeline for the "it can wait" repairs was absolutely dead-on, and that car ran like a champ thanks to Chris until the day it got slammed by another truck. I bought another car just like it, Chris fixed it up too, and Garrett Automotive is the only place I will ever take her. I have a hefty commute, and need my vehicle serviced at least once a month, and they always do an excellent job. He knows who I am when I call, and he always checks the "it can wait" stuff for me every time I'm in, just in case. Every issue I've ever had with these vehicles, he's been 100% honest & upfront with me, including when he doesn't know something, which is rare. He even recommended a body shop after an accident, and I was pleased with them too. Garrett's fair pricing, and Chris's honesty & genuine care for his customers is absolutely outstanding, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

We had to get off the highway because our car started acting up. We pulled into Garrett's shop and thank goodness we did. He was very helpful, tried to be cost effective, and got us on our way in little time. We highly recommend this shop!
