Hello, I’m an elderly woman who has been taken advantage of and has been over charged and taken advantage of! After talking with Bret I felt like he had my best interests at heart! He made me feel like I could trust him completely. I can’t make accusations against him yet until my Attorney has him in court for fraudulent charges.
I’m questioning whether or not he rigged my cars shocks. Quoting a price of over a thousand dollars to fix shocks that are working fine today after extra parts were added and not discussed.
I knew going in that my car had absolutely no issues with the shocks! There’s more deception in my story that I can’t talk about yet.
I just want everyone , especially women to know that you can be taken advantage of with people that are not honest!

Absolutely awesome experience! My family was traveling for Christmas, and had both tires on the driver's side get punctured on the highway. They made us feel at home. We (My wife, 3 month old, dog, two cats, and myself) stayed in the waiting room until the gentleman fixed up our tires and sent us on our way. If we have another accident, that's where I want to be.

Brent was so amazing! He was able to work on our car right away and got it done in a very quick and efficient manner. We got stranded in the middle of our trip and he got us back up and running in no time! Highly recommend!

I had a pretty serious breakdown on the highway. I contacted Brett first thing in the morning on a Saturday. He told me bring it over. He was very helpful. I ended up leaving my vehicle there and he got it fixed. Many shops would have gouged me on fixing it. He gave me a very fair bill and a vehicle that was ready to go. I highly recommend this shop

Noticed a piece of my tire was worn off while driving through town and they were able to quickly put my spare tire on so we could get back on the road.

Mechanic Brett was a gift on our worst day. When we became stranded at Buckees because our car wouldn't start, we searched Google to find this was the closest mechanic. After calling and explaining the situation, he not only said he would take a look at the car but recommended a tow truck that arrived in 15 minutes. We were with 3 kids, so he set aside other work to ensure that we as a family were taken care of and back on the road same day in just a few hours. He was a world-class guy, and this company is lucky to have him! Thank you, Brett!

The shop I usually use was trying to overcharge me for things I didn't need. I went in for a check engine light flashing and the other shop quoted me a ridiculous amount. When I found Bret's shop he explained to me why they were charging the way they do and that the typical consumer wouldn't know to question it but that they were basically charging double for the same work required. Bret gave me his quote and I agreed for him to do the work on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia. He was quick and reliable and got my Toyota back on the road! He was trustworthy and a no BS kind of guy which I respect! I will be taking my car to his shop from here on out. Nice to finally find a trustworthy mechanic to keep my vehicle running great! Great customer service and great work is easy to come by at Aldridge Automotive! I was able to drive my car down to Atlanta and back yesterday and it drove so smooth! 5 well deserved stars to this shop! ?????Services: Auto engine diagnostic

My truck’s oil pressure gauge started going down on the interstate Saturday. I’m not mechanically inclined at all. I’m nowhere close to home and had no idea where to have my truck towed. Bret answered my call not once but twice. He immediately told me a few things it could be and told me he would try to look at it Saturday but might be Monday before he could fix it. He was super friendly. He had my truck diagnosed and fixed in just a few hours. But I couldn’t pick up til Monday. I picked it up this morning. 10/10 best experience to have just randomly chosen a mechanic. If I lived local I would definitely use his shop for all my mechanic needs.
