I absolutely love this place!! The patio was small but they allowed my dog to go on the patio with us, even brought him some water! Hubby was disappointed that his first choice was unavailable but enjoyed his dish. My dish was the best thing I've had in a long time!!! I hope to get back to Tallahassee soon!!

I boycotted this place a few years ago. I still don't support this company. We brought in a party larger than what they wanted (18 ppl), and against our strong suggestion to serve us in smaller groups, the server took the entire party alone. They actually did great and we really enjoyed the food, drinks and experience. We weren't a rowdy group, just large. The thing that turned me off was the next day several members of our group were contacted by our employer, informing us that they had received a call from the manager or owner stating that we were horrible guests. This simply was not true. No one got overly intoxicated or loud. We even neatly stacked the dishes for easy clean up as we were all serves at that time, and that's just a nice thing to do. Long story short, don't bring a large party and for the love of employment, don't tell them where you work!!

Friday night and nothing we wanted was available. 9:30pm and the waitress told is they could not serve us 2 out out of 3 desert choices because they "ran out" due to a busy night. Ummm ... its Friday people. So no Chocolate Cake and no Creme Brulee. But according to the waitress ... " when they run out ... they run out. And we don't make any more." Lol After waiting 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive we decided to order the PB& J Tart.. Surprisingly tasty, but a bit soggy due to the creamy peanut butter. The drinks were good, but very expensive for a hole in the wall bar in Tally. ... 4 walls and a concrete floor. We attempted to order an appetizer with the desert - Aroncini (tomato basil risotto ) but guess what - yup ... out of that too. Lol Oh well. Maybe on a better night they serve food on the menu but we gave up after the last effort and paid our bill. Not recommended unless you think Waffle House is 5 Star dining.

Had brunch with my daughter and sister; didn't realize this place existed, but it is officially one of my favorite brunch spots! Great vibes, excellent service; fantastic food! We were greeted and seated immediately; our server was very attentive and gave great tips regarding "the favorites." I ordered the Hawthorne Quiche (goat cheese, spinach, tomatoes) with fruit, breakfast potatoes, and a salad. My sister ordered the Garden Omelet with cheese grits and bacon. My daughter ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns (she substituted scrambled for poached eggs); the eggs were topped with goat cheese and tasty hollandaise sauce. Also, my daughter and sister ordered mimosas and Irish coffee - which they both enjoyed as well. Note this restaurant is located next to Hawthorne's, which is a bistro-type restaurant and apparently a sister restaurant to Liberty. So, next stop - Hawthorne's!

I like the vibe and the crafty bar. Food sounds so good, just not hungry this visit. Bartender recommends the Flounder or a combination of appetizers. Will definitely come back for a dinner with the better half.

We went to Liberty desperate to find something after graduation. They were open late with a great menu. Cocktails were incredible. Cheese board was awesome, as was the Mac n cheese.

The cocktails are DELICIOUS! Creative, tasty, divine. I want to start with that but really I came here to talk about the Charcuterie Board. So many words come to mind: perplexing, upsetting, insufficient, random...worth talking about for weeks to come. Heck it might even come up in therapy. I'll deconstruct it for you: 1 Focaccia- stale, flavorless, not a good accompaniment for anything on the board. 2. A pile of bread and butter pickles. why?? 3 A pile of corn nuts. They were crunchy and fun. But again Why?? Is this the international flavor I was promised? Where are corn nuts from? 4 A few chunks of Swiss cheese. Perhaps from Switzerland 5 Mushy stewed tomatoes and maybe onion that smelled like cinnamon...ummm perfect with pickles? 6 A greasy sausage that is best described as a not so slim slimJim. 7 standard salami apple and Brie but in small quantity. A bright spot in a pretty dismal moment If your starting to wonder how it all fits together, try to imagine what you would do with the little buckets of honey and mustard. Really really terrible Liberty! You should lose your charcuterie license. If there was a charcuterie Olympics you would be disqualified! Do better

My husband and I went there tonight for a drink and an appetizer. 25 mins in and a server had not even met us for a glass of water much less a real drink. Third bad experience with staff. Won't go back again.

Food was very good and loved their crafted cocktails. Wish they could make their outside seating a bit nicer.

It's my first time in Tallahassee and this restaurant was a pleasant spontaneous decision. My boyfriend and I ordered fries to start which were a perfect thick cut that were still crispy. Man, I wish I had more fry bits with the skin *chefs kiss* & if only they had a special sauce to go with them it would be perfect. I ordered the no way rose drink which is not what you think but you should try it. For dinner we had the steak Diane and the Bistro filet kabobs. My boyfriends food was hot mine was not, but I said something and they made me the most perfect plate of food, that was hot and fully loaded to perfection. We were so happy we ordered desert which we literally had to stop ourselves from finishing because they were so decadent. Bomb.

Pretty pricey, small menu but good atmosphere and drinks and it is not full of college kids.

I decided to meet a friend here for drinks on a random Monday night. I love the feel of this bar. It feels vintage. They also serve food so that's a plus. It's a little pricey but the food and drinks are great. This time I had the the Moscow mule along with some fries. The fries were good enough and the mule was great. I actually ended up getting a second one.
