I bought my car from a dealership hours away, and had an issue with one of my blinkers. They took their time and found the problem. They ordered the part and it came in within a day after they ordered it and as soon as they received the part it was put into my car and my car was fixed and ready to go. They were awesome and didn’t have a long turnaround time either. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Broke down for n Cairo and walked to Advance and of course they didn’t have the hose I needed… then walked over to Hobson and the gentleman in the Service Dept was great! The sweet lady that gave me a ride back to the truck was great!! If I decide to upgrade my 1999 Chevy I’ll definitely go there. Friendly, Helpful, and Genuine desire to help. Thank you!!

I would recommend Hobson to anyone looking for a new ride, they are kind, caring and helpful. I dealt with James (Bubba) Cox he's the absolute best. He does his best to help you with your wants and needs so if you are in need of a new ride just go see Bubba he will take great care of you and probably have you driving away in the car/truck of your dreams that very same day. Thank you Bubba for all the help and for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I bought a car from Hobson in January, 2020. The trip to Cairo was SO worth it. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am 66. The staff was so nice and helpful and it was definitely NOT high pressure. I made my decision on the spot and was able to drive away in my beautiful, red Encore. Thank you Hobson!

I was told to wait a year to trade in my truck and I don't know much about car sales but have been learning more and more about it. Well a year came and tried to go trade it in and I'm unable to due to the “negative equity†which I now understand but would have rather been told that I wouldn't be able to in the beginning due to this. So now I'm stuck in a car that we are unable to get out of due to the equity plus so many other issues that I did not understand that was pointed out to me by several other different salesmen that didn't know the situation at all.
