“The best customer service in Cairo. The hamburger meat I bought 3 different times brought home put straight in freezer. Turned brown all three times. I just don't buy hamburger meat for my freezer from here anymore. Mrs.Sherrie is amazing and beyond a great role model to her peers. As shown from the great customer service. “I have been around Cairo and to a few different dollar general stores. I have to say this store is the cleanest and best customer service. To be honest they have way better customer service than Walmart. I totally recommend this store. The Manager is great with customers and employees. Wendy your doing a fine job and thank you for the integrity you give. I would rate a ten if I could. Best in Cairo and Thomasville that I have seen.”

“The manager and staff are outstanding! Went in tonight for some odds and ends and overheard probably one of the rudest women I’ve ever encountered in my ENTIRE life accusing the manager of “playing games on her phone” while she was obviously trying to help her access coupons on the app. Haha, hopefully she didn’t get them, but the manager kept cool and respectfully put her phone down and checked her out. This place is great, wonderful atmosphere, prices, and selection. I swing by often to talk to employees and get my groceries. Five starts doesn’t do then justice!”

“The workers deserve the stars. They are helpful and willing to help you find whatever you need, even if it isn't in the department they work in. It's a smaller store than what I'm used to but it carries a large variety of items.”
