The staff is friendly, polite and professional. Their knowledge and services are top notch. Their prices are very reasonable. And they don't sell you parts and services you don't need or want. Sometimes it may take longer to get the work done but that is due to how many people have brought their vehicle in for repairs. But they always due their best to get it done as soon as possible and make sure it's done right the first time. Thank you to Marcus, PJ and the rest of the staff.

Mr. Bracewell met me at the door. He was very friendly and professional. I left the car with him to diagnose. He called to let me know what the problem was and to Ok the repair. I can't ask for better than that! Great experience.

Two points to make:1) Great mechanical service (5 stars)I've been to BAS approximately 5 times and the repairs were both done in a timely fashion and with excellent results2) Customer Service (3 stars)In the 5 times I've had work done..... not once have I been called to give me an estimate of cost & time necessary to complete the job! Just a call on completion with a cost due and a review of what devices were completed.This last time (Tuesday), the car was towed there. A young lady took my wife's information and even gave her a ride home. We didn't hear from them on Wednesday so WE FOLLOWED UP! They didn't even know the car was there! We were told they would check the car for the estimate and call back....they didn'! Now I will have to wait until Thursday am to find out what's up! They cost my wife a days work/pay. She uses the car to do her job. She's off on Wednesdays and will lose Thursday's pay because they lost the car and didn't do the work on Wednesda! I'm sure they'll say "that's to bad".....we'll see.

Do not use this place. Took my daughters 2016 Honda here to get the air checked. Spent 1300 on a new compressor. The air was still not getting cold. Took it back and the manager claimed it was working correctly. It was cooler to ride with the windows down?♀️. Ended up taking it to Stallings Motors. It didn’t have any Freon in it and a hose needed to be replaced that was leaking. A waste of 1300!!!Service: Auto A/C recharge
