“I have been a customer of Mr. Smiths for a very long time and have never had any bad experiences with his professionalism or quality of work, I am and will continue to be a repeat customer. It saddens me to see that only those who have had bad experiences (mainly because they expect to get a deal from a minority business that they'd never get anywhere else) posting negative things. There are many who have had great experiences with this establishment yet we don't hear from them, when those are the ones we should hear from. People only want to post or write something when they are mad or disappointed. It seems we love to tear down our own people rather than lift them up when we see them doing well. I support this business fully and will continue to not only do business with them but recommend my family and friends to them as well. Let's start showing the positive rather than the negative all the time, and support our minority businesses.”
“I bought tires here earlier this year and the process was so smooth. I had both of my kids with me, all of the staff were really nice, helpful, and patient with my children. We were in and out in less time then was estimated (1hour).I went pack as a walk in bc I had a nail in one tire a few weeks later. They took us in and had it patched in about 30 minutes. Free of charge.I later got into a fender bender and damaged my rim and tire (They sell rims also but I brought one of my own), all I had to pay for was insurance for another tire ($48). When we got a quote from Toyota to do the same the charge was going to be $500 just for the rim and then I would have had to buy a new tire also.Again the same welcoming and friendly customer service we received at this visit. All three visits were completed relatively quickly. Some of the staff even stayed almost an hour after they closed to finish our car this last visit.This is a great place and you’ll be happy to choose it.”
“Chandler did an amazing job fixing our car. It took longer than we wanted because of backordered parts but we were kept well informed and they by it it fixed as fast as they could, while still providing a quality service.”

“They always look out for me. Most recently, they called to say my tire was shot. I approved the new tire cost, got in and they told me they tried once more and were able to get the rim to seal. Saved me a ton of money (percentage wise) and they left money on the table. That’s good business.”
