This car wash has really good equipment made by Belanger out of Michigan. So USA engineered and USA made. When I was there they didn't harass me about becoming a member. So that was nice. I'll go back again soon and if they start the harassment I'll go somewhere else. That's why I quit going to the last 2 car washes.

The platinum wash isn't very platinum. My car didn't get very clean and it was a very quick wash for $25. The employees go around washing your car with a brush before you go through but it didn't help much. It was a very speedy process.

The owner of this company is a very low down person including his entitled wife. (NEIL AND TAMMY FAIRCHILD) They are extremely rude and do not care about their employees or anyone else. They want to be feared by their employees and no one has job security. They want you to panic when they arrive on site . Always going to talk negative to you and rude. Tammy is the rudest lady I’ve ever met. Without having employees your business will not operate . And you pay extremely low the people who work for you barely making it paying them $11 and expecting them to go above and beyond while you’re driving a Cadillac Escalade and denali trucks. Fussing about paper towels and a few rocks on the ground. Also having a military discount that you don’t want your employees to offer but expect the veterans just to know you guys have it . I ASKED EVERYONE if they were a veteran and made SURE they got their discount and then was told not to ask anyone if they are military. Y’all should be ashamed of your selfs. Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Neil and Tammy y’all suck !!!!

This automatic car wash does a good job at getting my truck clean. They do a high pressure wash before your vehicle goes in that really helps. Also the have compressed air to help blow out all the dust in this hard to reach places.

Normally, only hand wash my vehicles, but I was in a pinch. It did the job. I don't recommend using them often the brushes used will put scratches and swirl marks in clear coat.

The vacuums suck harder than my last job and the unlimited washes make it worth your while... So what if it missed a spot today? Just pull through again tomorrow.The only problem? Sometimes they aren't open...even when they are.

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THAT THEY'VE PUT IT IN A CENTRAL LOCATION IN BYRON. I love the fact that it's unlimited use or time at the vacuums ( Which is what I need and like the most.) Customer service is always excellent, but today's visit was SUPER EXCELLENT. TAYLOR was there and for a minuteI thought she was the only employess- she was helping at the at.the entrance directing through the tunnel and still helping customers with a smile on her face. You can truly tell she lo es her job and her employer treats her right.Keep up the good work Taylor.

They started out pretty good, but the past few times I can tell they have just given up caring or maintaining anything inside the wash. The driver side brushes get WAY close, almost too close, while the passage side barely touches. The back never gets cleaned and neither does the front end. Some of the jets are working while others are spurting water randomly. A $25 wash should, at the very least, blow the dust off. I could do a better job if I huffed and puffed, and blew the dirt off with asthma.Cleaning materials are not spread out where they are accessible to everyone. There is one cart on the far end with only a few bottles of cleaner that either slightly mist or jet blast. The clothes leave streaks really bad.Positive side, the air compressor and vacuums work pretty well compared to other car washes. Trash cans are always kept nearly empty (or either everyone is going elsewhere because the “wash” portion of the term “car wash” here is just a suggestion of their initial intentions.

Fair at best. Got the 25$ premium wash and many spots were missed and my stubby antenna broke which they state will not cover in fact they really don't cover any damage (per the sign right as you start to inter the wash bay) they do my cloths and a few cleaners to help you finish the job that's really only why I gave 2 stars and not just one. If you want an automatic car wash go to tidal wave it's worth the extra little drive.

Went there today to get my truck washed. Its white and it still had black dirt all over the drivers side from front fender to tailgate.
