“This place is nice. Has the same services as your local post office- sans attitude, blank stoicism. Instead,the service woman was warm, friendly and pleasant. Not to mention both efficient and patient.Oh,did I neglect to mention it's literally right up the street? Definitely my go-to Post Office.”
“I submitted a claim this morning due to my package delivery details saying they were received and i hadnt gotten them. It took the supervisor less than 8 hours to get back to me and let me know what happened. Awesome customer service from mrs. tonya! Our delivery drivers work extra hard this time of year and mistakes happen. Thank you to the supervisors staying on top of issues!”
“The carrier we have is horrible. Not unusual for us to receive other peoples mail. I just picked up my mail. The carrier had just left about 5 minutes previously. In my mailbox was a form that stated Sorry we missed you while you were out. So now I have to make arrangements to have the letter redelivered or else go pick it up myself. Obviously the carrier was just too lazy to walk up the driveway.”
