My garage door spring broke on a Sunday while I was out of town. My sister called me in a panic. I expected to find a repairman on Monday, and the garage would just have to stay open all night for my sister to get her car out for work. I looked online, and to my surprise, Mr Garage Door said it was OPEN! I called and Joseph was at my house within 15 minutes!!!!! I was so relieved! And he didn't charge an outrageous price for doing it on the weekend! My sister told me he was so nice and professional as well. I'm so grateful to have found him. Thank you, Joseph!

Halloween night: Bumped the garage door pretty forcefully after 9pm tonight. Unfortunately, the garage door was off track and wouldn’t close. I called Joseph and he arrived within an hour and repaired my extremely difficult garage door. Although, quite tricky, he figured it out. He was very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely recommend!

Picked up the phone on my first attempt to reach him. Came right over and fixed my broken spring. Took some time to oil moving parts. Had alotted a few days to get put in the schedule but it was a done deal within 2 hours. Very personable.

Mr. Garage Pro is about Business! He is very professional a Subject Matter Expert with great prices. I had a broken spring that was installed by another company 6 years ago. The other company replaced two springs only and charged me almost $300 more than Mr. Garage Pro.I had 2 new springs installed (lifetime warrantee), new Genie 1.25 Belt drive garage door opener installed and he even replaced 10 rollers that wasn’t a part of my original quote! He also showed me how/where to oil springs and rollers.It’s an easy decision to make when it comes to Garage door installation and repairs. I have to concur with the positive reviews that proceed my own. Mr Garage Pro just performed outstanding garage operator service and maintenance at my residence. Very honest assessment of the issues. Professional recommendations. No uncharging of items. Very trustworthy work. He changed out my Garage door operator. He explained in detail why old one needed to be replaced and it made sense. Quickly and Professionally installed trained me on how to used my new updated operator and showed me how to maintain it.Please contact him for you Garage door needs. You won't be sorry.I do not normally do reviews,in this case I felt I had too. Good service is few and far between nowadays. I had a garage door mishap; my garage door was closed on a shovel and multiple rollers came off, along with the tension cable unraveling. Luckily nothing was damaged. Joseph came out on a Saturday, safely put the door back together, straitened the roller rails, and even lubed the door springs and rollers. Highly recommend his service for the Warner Robins and surrounding communities!
