Hot Rod saved me! Driving thru town otw to FL and my car broke down. A driver passing by told me to call Mike Adams, after I had called 10 other companies with no answer! The only AAA option was closed on a Saturday at 11am! Hot Rod and his associate helped unlock my transmission and get me towed over to the dealer asap. Thanks!

This place is awful. I ask do they sell cars with a salvage title and the girl said no, that they can't do that, and they can sell one to a dealership but not consumers. But lo and behold the car I bought has a salvage title. After I left the tag place to get it registered, they told me the car had a salvage title. I went back and showed them that and asked for my money back, and they said no. The people that work there are so nasty and racist. I had saved my money up to buy a car, and now I'm stuck with a car that I can't register. It was my first time going to an auction, and I really didn't know anything about it, so I blamed myself as well. I still think there are good people in the world, but those people are not.

So, after checking in at the reception there and telling them the purpose of me being there they told me where my trailer was. I went to my wrecked trailer and was getting my things out. A Caucasian guy in a red pickup pulled up behind me and ask me how can he help me. I told him I was there to get my things and been there already way before he got there. I said I was there to get my things. He was talking crazy talking bout I didn’t pay to get my things out which I know I did and paid two weeks ago. He checked behind me and call the reception desk to confirm. Of course they knew I did but I guess he didn’t believe me. I told him to next time introduce yourself to people , you can’t just be walking up to people like that. He said that he will keep it in mind. I looked at him and continued to do what I was doing and he pulled off. I guess customer service is hard for some people.

Awesome service! I was stranded after my trailer lost all its lug nuts, and needed a tow to get the wheel fixed. The company not only responded promptly, but were instrumental in locating a facility that fixed the wheel the next day. I definitely recommend this business.

My aunt was pulled over at the church on grahm road with car trouble in gray, Ga and she didn't even call a tow but a driver from this company stopped to see if she was ok anyway.

My neighbors truck has been sitting in his yard for months after they got evicted! After 5 different services came through and said no or they couldn’t MIKE ADAMS did!!!!!! They were extremely professional and got the job done quickly with no complaints! I recommend them to anyone!!!

Mike Adams Towing is a Godsend to a stranded vehicle near Macon, GA. Stranded with a truck and trailer on a Sat. ~15 miles out, Charlotte at Mike Adams Towing was quick to take my call and get me off the road and to a local mechanic. Forget the 5-6 hour roadside wait with AAA. Charlotte was super friendly and clear and confident in what they could do and Austin the tech that came out and made the tow was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. I required a second tow as the local mechanic was unable to complete my repair. Charlotte again answered my call and quickly sent Austin back out to tow my truck and trailer to their facility for safe keeping until a third transfer could be made to a recommended specialty mechanic. Upon my tow to their facility, I had the opportunity to observe their operation. After 6:00 on a Saturday, I witnessed 3 generations of the Adams family at work (and play for the littlest one) with employees treated like family. They are clearly at the top of their trade with all the equipment and competency required. But more importantly, they are committed to their work and those they serve. Well done Mike Adam’s Towing!!!

My wife and I and two little dogs were stranded when my hydro booster exploded. We were about 40 miles south of Macon. We live in Palm Coast Fl. I called a few other towing services and they were not going to be able to tow us to get back home to Florida. I called Mike Adams towing. The operator on the phone at 11:30 that night said they would be able to tow my truck and wife and pups home. The tow driver Jeffery showed up and got my truck and drove us home. Jeffery and the operator were so nice and helpful. We really appreciate their service. I would recommend them very highly.

Not even trying to add one star! I was trying to turn into my work place of farm bureau on bass road the tow truck driver must have been going 50mph in the fast lane. I couldn’t see around the line of traffic waiting at the light and was going slow and he about plowed right over me. And didn’t even try to slow down. How about drive more cautiously!!!

Nice guy on the phone. I told him I needed a flatbed. Late afternoon guy shows up in a regular wrecker. He had to leave to go get flatbed. Late evening he shows up. I was told they'd call me after they get my truck and when they charged my card. I never received a call. Nothing showed up on my card until next morning.
