I totally love my new Class C I purchased from Blue Compass in Byron, GA! The sales and finance department are excellent. When we had a slight miscommunication they stepped up and made it right! I'm heading in to get my first oil change in a few days and I'm sure the service department will be just as good!

Bought a used hybrid RV from Mo- a terrific experience from start to finish. Service was great prepping it for us to start our travels, and when we had an issue with a side fender down the road later that day she worked with her manager to send out a replacement to us. We're full time RVers for the past 4 years and have purchased 3 RVs over that time. This was one of the best experiences we've had anywhere. Thank you!

I just picked up my sons RV from this places service department. I wouldn't buy an RV from this place if my life depended on it. Only because of the service department. With a large recreational purchase like an RV and given how they are built these days service is everything! Warning they charge a diagnostic fee for EVERY single thing you have looked at. They are rude and short with you and when they brought toe RV around they unhooked it and drove away. Didn't bother to walk it with me or help me hook it up to my truck. Now when you buy it they spend an hour with you and make sure it's hooked up right. NOT IN SERVICE. $700 to tell us nothings wrong with it. Never again! Buy an RV at a place with great customer service, not this place, in fact start your purchase looking at the service department first. My son even wanted the unit detailed and they told him that they had 16 units in front of him despite having his unit for 3 weeks. So they wouldn't even let him pay to have it cleaned but they sure got the $700 for doing nothing!

Jeff the general manager is a man of integrity and takes care of any concerns or needs of the customer. Shane the finance manager is a man that you can trust to perform your financial needs. Let me tell you that Mo, Jeff,Brandon and Dennis is Johnny on the spot with this company. Their tieless efforts of looking for a T.T. for even after closing hours is what I call good business, it was found two days later and hundreds of miles away with their sister company and dam what a trailer we got, we got our dream home, it was delivered in good condition and earlier than expected. They all definitely earned my future business and this is only my second camper.

I brought my Alliance Paradigm 370FB in because of a concern with the rear wall possibly separating. The service team came out and looked at the problem, and they said they would get right on it. They contacted Alliance, which approved the repair, and had the camper ready in approximately 4 days. ET, which works in the check in area stayed in touch via text messages and worked very efficiently and professionally on my repair.Just want to say I’m very happy with the service provided and will definitely return to Blue Compass for other repairs as needed.

I had a couple of recent projects on my RV with the work being done by Blue Compass - a check of the water pump and a repair of gouged flooring. In both cases, the work quality was exceptional and timely, with results faster than quoted.

My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from Midstate, now Blue Compass. It was held for a few extra days so that they could check a potential leak in the roof. They followed up with my husband, claimed that the slide was not in all of the way, assured him that it had been inspected, and everything was good. Much to our dismay, we have had two RV repair companies look at this and will have to pay for the slide and roof to be redone because of water damage. We contacted the sales rep, Don, who spoke to the sales manager and they informed us that a used RV is purchased without a warranty, which we knew, but supposedly, there was an inspection, stating everything had been inspected and was good. We have not been able to use the RV yet and now we will have to get the repairs done before we’re able to do anything.It’s very disheartening to deal with a company that doesn’t stand behind the products they sell or treat their customers correctly. Unfortunately, we will be doing business elsewhere from now on and recommending others to do the same.It’s very unfortunate for Midstate, now Blue Compass, because my family is in the RV park business.

We are in our first big RV trip on our new RV. We had some trouble with our hitch around Macon Georgia and just happen to see Blue compass RV service center on the side of the Highway so we got off to see if they could help us figure it out. They said we had all the right equipment and didn’t try to up sell us like most place would and just told us what we need to do to adjust. As my husband was trying to do it. The most amazing nice man from Blue Compassed saw my husband struggling and came over to help him.he realized we had not been trained properly and took our RV over and adjusted the hitch educating us the whole way. Realized we hadn’t figure out our back up camera yet and helped us fix that then educated us on the brake system in our truck. The first thing my husband and I said is there are still good people and good business in this world that care about people. Billy Bishop at blue compass RV is one of the kindest nicest people we have ever meet. We have a Blue compass up in the Chattanooga area near us and we will make sure we go there from now on for all our service needs just because of Billy. When ever we drive thru the Macon area in the future we will come back thru and buy what we need from this blue compass parts as well! Thank you so much Billy for all the education and and getting 2 retired people back on the road again safely!
