This has been a nightmare experience, I was recommended Dave Ponsell, from Maximum One Platinum from Zillow, the Gentleman appeared to say all the right things but then came the initial contract with several errors, and several do overs, and then the open house that didn’t appear on the popular realtor websites until a few hours before the open house and on top of that he initially took pictures of the home inside in the dark and posted them on line, I had to tell him to delete all the photos and then provided him with better ones, I cannot speak for the broker and the Company as a whole, buts it’s hard to believe that a Broker can have a agent in there company and not know. Luckily we mutually decided to terminate the agreement.P.S. i would be more than happy to share the supporting e-mails and initial photos if the Broker questions my displeasure with the listing agent performance.

I have seen her on MANY occasions stand up for her clients during their buying or selling process. I would not think twice about using her for any of our real estate needs. We were so fortunate to have found Tracy Barb when we moving back to Warner Robins and outgrowing our home. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tracy was that she was always focused on hearing our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. Even after closing on our house she continued to provide us with support on renting our previous home. We would recommend Tracy and the Maximum One Platinum Realtors team to anyone!!

God must have sent us an angel when Maximum One Platinum Realtors sent us Fallon Birch. From day one right out of the gate Fallon made us feel we were the most important people on this planet. We lived in Florida and our daughter bought a house in Cochran, GA and we wanted to buy close to them. Not only did she find us our FOREVER home, it was 3.3 miles from our daughter/son-in-law and 3 granddaughters. We fell in love with it on site. Fallon made everything happen. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing personality, trustworthy, loyal, helpful, super kind, extremely cheerful and full of high energy are just a few word to describe her. EVERY phone call, text or email was addressed within minutes and believe me there were many. We've delt with many realtors in our 60 ish years and by far Maximum One and Fallon Birch are the BEST. very unhappy with this agency. entered into a contract and found issues with house during due diligence period. have not received refund check for earnest money even after signing the agreement electronically for the agent who was Vincent stewart. very unprofessional. you had no problem cashing my check, now don't have a problem refunding my money
