Terrible customer service. I had an issue with my purchase. The vehicle had a dent in the front right bumper. I texted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle that I wanted to return the vehicle. He said no that I couldn't return the vehicle. I went back to the dealership and spoke with the sales manager. He said that I couldn't return the vehicle and proceeded to tell me how I could get the vehicle fixed. If I had damaged the vehicle I wouldn't have even taken it back to the dealership. Since I was a paying customer, I would think that the dealership would have at least taken ownership of the problem, by fixing the vehicle and not telling how I could get the vehicle fixed. But the sales manager started yelling at me like I wasn't worth the $99,000 I had just spent at his dealership. So instead of getting into a yelling contest with him or possibly getting into a physical altercation, I left the keys and walked home.

Management is very unprofessional. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from this location only because I know one of their sales reps but there will not be a third nor any recommendations. If they feel your not there to spend money right then good luck getting questions answered or any type of attentiveness. I was speaking to a MANAGER regarding an appraisal and in the middle of the conversation he took a phone call and left me standing in the parking lot with no answers while he went to eat a sandwhich. After standing there for a few minutes I realized he wasn’t coming back and once I approached him I felt as if I was being a bother, mind you I’ve purchased BRAND NEW and used vehicles here. The times I’ve come in to BUY I was never treated like this so expect that same energy when I have questions.
