Rip off! preys on young people telling them lies...even let's them buy/sign a contract on a vehicle & drive it home with NO insurance policy... 18 year old, male, trying to get own insurance policy out rageous prices... vehicle they sold him was in his name only...then they try talking parents into putting our name on vehicle...we told them HELL NO come get the vehicle... because this went on for a few weeks now it's on his credit a voluntary repossessed & having to pay difference 18 year old learning a hard lesson but all this could have been avoided if Interstate Auto Sales would have done the honest job and made sure he could have affordable payment with valid insurance....vehicle monthly payment $850 + the his own ins policy $2,200=$3,050 per month not including gas....Do Better People

The service at the car lot is outstanding. I have never been to a car lot where they go way above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I had a couple things I wanted fixed on a vehicle I purchased from them and they also fixed things that I wasn't even aware of. They gave me a loaner vehicle until mine was fixed. They are awesome. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Don't purchase a car from this place! They will make you believe they are your friend and lie to you with a smile. They sold me a truck which had a number of safety issues. Which they told me they would take care of. They didn't. After several attempts I finally went through the Better Business Bureau and we received one response with no help and they never responded again. Then I went through the Attorney General Office, I got a response and yesterday they took the truck back and returned my down payment.

If I could if 0 stars I would!! Don't come here and if you do don't have Scott Hamm has your sales rep he will lie to you about everything! He told me that I was approved for a loan and planned on a day for paperwork but the day we planned on was his off day! I repeat do not go there take your business, time, and money elsewhere!

I bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS from interstate auto and ceasor was the sales men not to be trusted telling us it was a great car and now I'm more then 3000 dollars into it and now ecm is going out be careful show up with a real mechanic and don't let them screw you over there crooks so make sure you get the extended warranty
