233 GA-49, Byron“I wanted to give a huge shout out to Pooja! The store was closing when I walked in within 10 minutes. I quickly got the important stuff first "dog food" then made my way eventually to the register after filling up my basket with other random stuff. However, it wasn't until I started scanning that my 8 pack of mini sodas had a promotional offer of buy 2 get one free! But I was in a dilemma because I had Coke, Sprite and .....well I wanted Dr.Pepper but there wasn't any left on the shelf. (convinced I would be reaching for another Sprite or Coke pack) However, it was like something out of a movie....a voice called out and said "Can I help you, what's wrong? Oh my gosh I turned around as the clock struck 10:00 and it was a smiling associate portraying a sense of Stoic body language. She did not have the "nope it's 10 pm doors closed, guy you gotta go, maybe not home but ya gotta get up out of here" type of attitude. It was an attitude of helpfulness and that of someone who genuinely wanted to address my problem. I told her and she said, oh I'll go to the back and off she went, but returned just about as fast....smooth, calm and collected. Not only did she hand me the Dr Pepper to swipe it and redeem my free 8 pack, the screen noted that I didn't actually get the discount so I pointed it out to Pooja and she said "oh it's buy two get two" so she offered to go to the back to grab another but I settled for another pack of the Sprite, but wow just such an incredible associate of Publix. But to add the icing on the cake I was having a slight bit of trouble getting the plastic handles to the bags in and round my index finger....I didn't know what I was going to do but I didn't have to because POOJA was right there , on the spot and helped me get it secured with my finger and off I went to the vast space of the parking lot. I emptied the bags into my F250 and rode away with a bright big ole smile across my face. THANKS POOJA! You make the Publix in Warner Robins look good! I have a moving business in the middle Georgia area now of 6 years, Best of the Best and all that cool stuff, nothing less than a 5 star review ever received, so when I say I know a solid employee when I see one, I mean it. -Dustin with Moving Through Life, LLC (CEO)”

“I will pay extra to gain and avoid certain things. If you spend too much at Publix, you're doing it wrong. Do your homework before you go. I enjoy shopping here. Quiet. Clean and a friendly team. Shout out to Cheryl, at self checkout, for being so warm and friendly. Thanks Publix! Continue to take my money please.”
“They have an excellent fresh cooked breakfast and lunch very reasonably priced. Scrambled eggs, grits 2 pieces of bacon and a slamming biscuit was around 6.00. And I think I added a piece of sausage to my order.”
