They are fore the most part a great org to put pet to sleep. It has always been cheap to do so and they don't mind.That is the best I can say about them lGod forbid your pet needs help? They never let you in with your pet as they examine him or her and they come out and give you options. God forbid it not be your choice? But to be honest you will never know if it's your choice or the tech that says there is no hope

The staff is very courteous & efficient. They care for your pet like it's their own. Very warm & welcoming. Just wish they had better signage --- my only complaint.

We took our dog to get drain tubes removed from an emergency surgery. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm glad to know about them and will definitely use them again in the future for any of my pets' needs.

Yesterday we had to put our sweet Rosie down. Not only were they kind and very compassionate towards us, but they let us take all the time we needed with her before taking her back.

I only gave a star in order to warn all animal lovers who need a vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO CRITTER FIXERS. THEY KILLED MY BEST FRIEND OF 10 YEARS & CHARGED ME A $1,000 TO DO IT. DR. O IS A FISH VET. SHES INCOMPETENT & A LIAR. SHE HAS NO INTEREST IN YOUR PETS HEALTH OR LIFE. ITS PURELY ABOUT THE MONEY. IF I HAD CHOSEN ANOTHER VET HOSPITAL MY DOG WOULD STILL BE ALIVE. THEY WILL LOOK YOU RIGHT ON THE EYES & LIE & ACT SO CARING & CONVINCING. BEFORE PROCEDURES. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY HEARTLESS. COMPLICATIONS FROM THEIR INCOMPETENCE, YOU GET MORE INCOMPETENCE & MORE MONEY. THE ENTIRE MEDICAL STAFF ARE LIARS & FAKES. THEY ARE KIDS. THEY STILL HAVE GERBER ON THEIR BREATH. WATCHING THEM TREAT YOUR PET IS FORBIDDEN.MY DOG WAS MY BEST FRIEND & LOVED HIM LIKE A CHILD. THEY KILLED HIM FOR THE MONEY WHEN THERE WERE OTHER SAFER PROVEN METHODS BUT THEY DOSNT WANT THE MONEY TO WALK OUT THE DOOR. THEY'RE IN DEBT FROM LACK OF PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCED QUALIFIED OFFICE MANAGEMENT

I've never been there cause I live in Alabama. My daughter and I watch the show all the time and we have learned so much.We have chickens and these guys have taught us how to take care of them.You guys are awesome!!

I just called Critter Fixers because I have a cat that can't urinate. I'm not a rich woman and I told the receptionist that I couldn't afford a $100.00 vet bill and she started telling me the price of the office visit and urinalysis. I told her that I watch Critter Fixers on T.V all the time and that Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Hodges are talking about how they're all about the health of the animals, but that's a lie they're just like all the other vets. They're all about the money. I will not watch them anymore.
