Maybe the rudest person I’ve ever met. My husband and I and our three small children stopped in for gas and snacks. We proceeded to the register and laid our things down for her to ring up. Bre’Ana just starred at us and I said do you need something and then she continued to stare at u. I said umm okay what’s going on and she said I was waiting for you to sit that coffee down and I said oh I as going to do that when you rang all of that up I didn’t realize and you didn’t ask me to do that. She then proceeded then to threaten me by saying I’m trying to be nice but I am about to do something. Then my husband said to take the kids to the car and she rang us up and as he was paying she said you can’t leave. She was instigating and very rude. So don’t ever stop here unless you want to be threatened or disrespected.

Very clean restrooms!!! My wife was pleasantly surprised at how nicely they are kept . Also a good place to fuel up and get your road snacks!

Whoever the young man Jahkari I believe his name is one with the braids was very friendly and professional. And he always keeps that store super clean. He deserves some type of raise or promotion this is not a one time experience this is ongoing as I am. A regular customer the last time he worked I told myself I would do a review for him he is very kindhearted and pairient with customers great job and great job circle k choosing the right candidate.

Whoever the young man is who works the evening shift at this location, he says his name is Jay but he's a young black male with short hanging braids gave us the worst customer service I've had all year. A man in front us was buying a large amount of scratch off tickets. We only needed two printed off lottery tickets. So my husband kindly said "hey, we only need two tickets printed" and the man said he couldn't because lottery was closed and it was 9:45. My husband and I had time to run across the street and buy the tickets at the other gas station and came back, and the man buying scratch offs was still at the counter. So we went to the back of the line, but the man that would have been BEHIND us was now purchasing lottery tickets. The employee was complaining about how he wasn't supposed to be there and he was grunting and sighing the whole time. We came back to buy drinks and we confronted the cashier about the ticket situation he started getting very rude and confrontational when I told him I used to work at circle k and was under the impression that lottery closed at 10:45 he said "it actually closes at 10" and we told him that it wasn't 10 yet he replied with "I didn't ask you all that". We left before he escalated the situation but I will NEVER come back to this gas station if he works here.

The worst. One of the pumps doesn't work. It accepted the payment but didn't pump the gas. I went inside Circle K to cancel the charge, and they told me that I had two options either wait for the machine to cancel my payment eventually or drive away and hope that no one would take advantage of this situation. And that they don't have any magic buttons to help me. "Amazing" service. All the rudeness doesn't worse than one star.

Not pet friendly. Single person traveling, middle of the night and they would not even let me carry my 7 pound puppy in with me so I could use the restroom. Will never fuel here again!

This is by far the cleanest Circle K ever! Ladies were super friendly !! Felt very comfortable using the restroom !!!

Wheelchair accessible store and public restroom. Not very clean, but not actually dirty. Just in need of some mopping and tidying up. Friendly staff.

I went to the Circle K-Shell at 303 Highway 49N, Byron Ga. The clerk (Marilyn) was rude, beyond rude. First I asked her for an item and when she decided to look up, she just pointed past me as if I knew where she was pointing. Second when my items didn't ring up correctly she told me she didn't know how to ring them up correctly and told me that she would just take them off. I never asked her to delete them and really resent the attitude that she had. Circle K-Shell needs to train the cashiers better and make sure they are suited for customer service work.

The rudest clerk's I have ever seen, if you are a white male be ready to be ignored, also I'm told the sale on Marlboro's is over but the sign is still in the window for a week and counting. I use this store because it's the most convenient for me but I will start going out of my way to use a store owned by Indian's they're polite at least.
