They scam people because they are a 24 hour tire shop.they will charge you new tire prices for a used tire.and I dont like how they slave their workers.Never Trust a tire shop out of a old Waffle House building

Terrible customer service. I will never recommend this establishment or purchase from them ever again. The tire mechanics lack comprehension and are all around ignorant. They are also not a 24 hour tire spot. Do not give this company your business!

Terrible service, say one price and then charged another, lied about the tire they were supposed to mount. Owner does trash customer service and hopefully another person won't get screwed by them too.
Go to other shop and save your money/time and get real work done

I have been a customer of Mr. Smiths for a very long time and have never had any bad experiences with his professionalism or quality of work, I am and will continue to be a repeat customer. It saddens me to see that only those who have had bad experiences (mainly because they expect to get a deal from a minority business that they'd never get anywhere else) posting negative things. There are many who have had great experiences with this establishment yet we don't hear from them, when those are the ones we should hear from. People only want to post or write something when they are mad or disappointed. It seems we love to tear down our own people rather than lift them up when we see them doing well. I support this business fully and will continue to not only do business with them but recommend my family and friends to them as well. Let's start showing the positive rather than the negative all the time, and support our minority businesses.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Went to get tires mounted and balanced. They scratched every single one of my rims up bad, go to check the balance weight, I touch it and it falls off my rim, had to tell them to swap my tires because they didn’t even put the tire rotation right, this place sucks. I wouldn’t go here if I was stranded.

Buyer Beware. They purposely sold me an 8 yr old trailer tire, with nail holes, and swapped it to the wrong size without me seeing the wrong size. My fault for not checking. $300 wasted. We were traveling with horses so could not return the tire. When I called the man in charge said no refunds and tried to convince me the tire was ok. After some back and forth he agreed to exchange it for the correct size tire, but we were already several states away. Why would I exchange for another old rotted tire that isn't safe? I want my money back, but I'll probably never see that happen. The pictures show the tire manufacture date and nail hole. The tire was never touched pavement as it was the spare for the trip home. The average life of a trailer tire is 5 years, and should definitely be replaced after 7 yrs. Also running the wrong size tire is very dangerous. But this guy says he's been doing this for 15 yrs. and it is only a couple inches different in diameter.

Spent over three hundred dollars on two tires and both were bad. Almost lost my whole front end within a day of purchase. Do not take your car here
