Can not get packages delivered to my house. Watched carrier put a slip in mail box say sorry we missed you. Won't bring to house. And now is leaving mail on ground by mail box. Unbelievable!

I've been calling the post office all day for at least 7 hours and still no answer and it's almost closing time and still know answer
