Very good ratings on this place, but I bought a battery charger in there that charged my batteries twice then quit working. Upon returning, guy checked it and confirmed, called the manager and was told to give me 20% on a new one. WHAT, I’m going to buy another one that may not work and be out more money. Unreal. That said, DO NOT buy anything that you may want to return for ANY reason. Along with that their prices are above other shops in the area. I left the charger there so don’t let them sell you one unboxed, it doesn’t work. Apparently it’s an out the door warranty. If you get home and it doesn’t work you are SOL. PLACE SUX IMOA.

I like going here and more specifically even better if the young woman with long blonde hair is there. She is very knowledgeable about the products she is selling which is incredibly important when your selling product that a consumer will need to be very aware of what to expect so they can choose the appropriate product and dose for what they can handle that also meets their needs and fit their lifestyle. They also have great black Friday deals!

I only get disposable vapes so I don't know much about their whole kits and mods and stuff but their selection of disposable vapes is fantastic and cheaper than anywhere else I've seen thus far.

BEWARE- THEY SELL FAKE & INEFFECTIVE PRODUCTS. I visited this store yesterday to purchase a delta 8 disposable. An employee offered to help me, so I asked him for a recommendation for a reputable and affordable delta 8 disposable. He specifically recommended and heavily endorsed the Canabzy Trees Amnesia Blend disposable two-pack. It cost me $42.39 and I was excited to try it since I am a frequent user of delta products. Something about these disposables felt wrong. It made me sick which has never happened before PLUS I didn’t feel any effect whatsoever. It gave me the most intense headache and heart palpitations and burned my throat more so than any other cart or disposable I’ve ever used. ALSO it tasted like burnt metal coil on the first (and subsequent) hit for both disposables in the pack.So I went to look up the brand online only to find out that the brand does not exist. The QR code on the back of the packaging meant for product info leads to a dead “domain available” page. There are almost no mentions of the brand anywhere online, even online forums, TikToks, YouTube, etc. IT IS A FAKE BRAND. NO CONCRETE COMPLETE PRODUCT TESTING. NO INFO.I feel scammed by Xhale City and I believe they should rectify this situation at their earliest convenience.But it was made clear by the signs everywhere that all sales are final. HOWEVER I feel like store credit should be issued (or an actual reputable disposable as a replacement) since they literally sold me a scam product from a nonexistent brand after I *specifically* asked for a reputable one that works well. This is unacceptable. $42 down the drain bc I was lied to about the quality of this product and deceived.

I locked my keys in my car with no phone and Burr was so kind and went to extreme efforts to accommodate me every way he could. He helped me get a ride. The point is he is a wonderful young man and you should be proud to have him in your employ Thank you Burr. Sperry
