I've been buying the wrong insoles for a couple of years and she fixed that today by introducing me to the flex cushion. Now I just have to figure out which color I want in narrow 880. “My daughter had a job interview this week so we went shopping for a suit and dress shoes. We went to Belk's, Macy's and JC Penney first and not one employee stopped to ask us what we needed. In fact no one even said hello or acknowledged our presence. On our way to Dillard's I noticed the colorful clothes in WHBM. We stopped and Miss Que and Miss Hope greeted us, helped us find some great choices, and gave us the best customer service I have had in a long time. I am old enough to remember when department stores were known for their service. It is wonderful to know that WHBM has found some gems who understand how to treat a customer. The suit fit perfectly and we will definitely be back!!!”

“Mall of ga old navy isn't my preferred location but was in the area and needed to do an exchange yesterday. Unfortunately it's rare these days but wanted to give credit where it's due. They didn't have the item so I had to order. Store assoc Hillary helped me w/ the somewhat involved transaction. Good professional helpful attitude and patient. I appreciate her.”

“Nice store, I came in looking a bit of a hot mess(not joking) and was wanting to get in and out. Still got great service and was approached and offered a fitting room. Left with a $100 blazer and was happy with my purchase.”
“I had a great experience with Hannah and her co-worker (she had short blonde hair, didn't catch her name). Hannah sized me and her co-worker checked on me and helped me try on different undergarments until I found a few items that fit me well and I was comfortable with. I would definitely go shopping at this location again.I went early in the morning on a Wednesday and I was the only one in the store at the time.”

“The lady who opened the sunglasses case to help me find a pair, plus assisting me when I asked about the sunglasses cases it came with and Lynda at the cashier taking the sensor off to make sure it looks good on me, due to final sale with no returns and exchanges because of Clear the Rack sale, all were helpful and great. This is my first time here. One star off for the cashier with head wrap who was next to Lynda, who went on her phone to text when it was my turn at front of the check out line, but Lynda stepped up which I appreciate.”
