I typically enjoy shopping at Windsor, but my recent experience at this location left me feeling unwelcome. One employee in particular, a young woman with reddish hair, made the shopping experience unpleasant. She loudly complained about being bothered by customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I chose to leave the store without making a purchase due to this interaction. I find it surprising that she is still employed in retail, as her behavior was unacceptable

Worst customer service ever! If you are trying to make a return please don’t waste your time in this store. Even the manager doesn’t know how to make a simple return and she doesn’t want to make anything to help. Terrible experience. I hope they can get more knowledgeable staff.

Cute dresses but the cashier literally lied and told my daughter that she can access her account for her promo by email then lied and said there wasn't any available. The promo Save15 doesn't expire until the end of this month.

Drove over an hour for my daughter to find a homecoming dress. This is her first homecoming dance and she is extremely shy. She picked out several to try on only to be told by a VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE WITH PINK HAIR, “I’m tired of putting up clothes, the dressing rooms are closed for the night.” I asked if there was a sign or something to let people know BEFORE they spend their time looking for dresses and she rudely replied, “I made the rule myself..so get over it!” This employee was yelling and making a scene with so many customers in the store. Many walked out, including my daughter and myself..without a dress. I had over $800 worth of dresses in my hand that I put back before leaving. This lady made Windsor look terrible to many customers tonight. I can only imagine the amount of sales that were lost due to her attitude and treatment of customers.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First of all, there was no a/c and with it being packed, it was awful for my daughter to try on dresses while sweating. Worst of all though, was the dressing room staff! This young girl, dressed with tiny tank top & beads around her exposed stomach, was loudly speaking with her colleague using cuss words in front of customers with young kids. Plus she was rudely speaking to the customers. Lastly, she purposely shut off the music @ 6:00 pm (hour before close) in hopes of driving everyone out of the store. She kept complaining OUT LOUD that she wants to close early to clean up and leave and she said “I better not see one customer try to come in close to 7.” WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’m not sure if the sales associate with the pink hair had a bad day but she was very rude to my friend and I. She made it very evident that she did not want us in the store. If they don’t want people walking in at 6:30 then close the doors. Absolutely terrible customer service. We’ve walked into other shops at this time and they’re were still decent and nice to us.

I am highly upset with this place I spend over $100 for two outfit for my child. My child go to return it to get the exact outfit. The lady told her she need the card since when do you need a card to exchange? We will not be shopping here again.

Windsor has a good selection of semi & formal dresses appropriate for my 8th grade niece. Various styles and colors at excellent prices. I drove an hour to Mall of Georgia and it was worth it!
The workers, however, were not very friendly and offered no assistance. At the time of my checkout, they rang up my purchase yet barely acknowledging me- talking over me about everything else. The music was too loud and workers were using profanity.

I like this store a lot, I always went to the one in the sugarloaf mall and everything had always been great, but the customer service of this store in the mall of Georgia is totally disappointing and meaningless
