Guy who answers the phone is a jack wagon. One word answers, hard to deal, with, didn't want to listen to me. Unpleasant to the extreme, all in trying to do is get the vehicle released because of a total loss accident. Awful.

Had a fantastic experience with Willard I somehow was able to destroy two tires at once due to a curb that moved in front of me. I called Willard and Brandon came within a 1/2 hour and got me over to a dealership immediately. He couldn't have been nicer and more professional.. Although I hope to not make calling them something I do frequently, if i ever need another tow company, I'll use Willard. Thanks Brandon.

I tried several tow companies and it was not dependable until three people referred me to William Towing. They were prompt and very helpful in getting my car towed. Highly recommended

Our company, Divine Bliss Transport had to use Willard Wrecker Service in September 2024 for the heavy duty service in Georgia. My driver (hubby) had a load shift on his flatbed due to a car pulling in front of him and was in need of assistance ASAP. Being over 400+ miles from home we didn't know what company to choose. We are very thankful that we chose this company because the drivers that came to my rescue: Wayne and JW were very professional, they both displayed outstanding customer service and charged a fair price.

First time needing a tow truck in over 25 years. Always saw Willard trucks in the area do gave them a call. Great service. What was a stressful day reversed course due to their professionalism.

Amazing customer service. The tow truck arrived less than 10 minutes from my initial phone call. He had my car loaded in five minutes, even though my car was missing the front tow hook ring. Drove me to my repair shop and dropped my car off without a scratch.

The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Not only did they fail the understand what I was saying,but they also hang up on me twice. Completely unacceptable and frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone

Willard’s is amazing. We were about 900 miles away from home with a car accident. They worked with me and they were super kind! I recommend to anyone that lives around the area.

I had to come to this location to get my effects from my totaled car not knowing I wasn't supposed sign over my title to Willard Wrecker and it was supposed to go to my insurance also being this was my first experience with this company I did not know what questions to ask & they didn't explain or ask any questions either it was all kind of a fast process. I had rushed over with my boyfriend and he spoke to Javier explaining the situation and Javier was so kind & understanding. I appreciated it so much not knowing what I was doing. This is an honest man who is good at what he does. Thank you for being so kind, The world needs more people like you Javier. <3
