I made 2:00 pm appointment online. I arrived on time and proceeded to wait and wait. I asked a teller if there were any available bankers and was told that there weren't any. The banker who was supposed to help me (Patricia Aguilar) had been with her 1 customer for over an hour. Then I was told it would be another 10 minutes. It's now 2:30.Why bother making an appointment at all? What a waste of my time!

This Place is so far the only one open on weekends.
It seems very unfair to me since there is too much traffic outside and this particular place is co-managed and it is also very slow.

It seems very unfair to me since there is too much traffic outside and this place takes a long time to serve the customer, having other wells fargo that could easily open and resolve this issue.

I went to this Branch office to apply for business accounts and the rep mentioned to me several times how fraud and theft are happening when opening accounts. I asked her why she was telling me this as if I am committing fraud and she told me that even though my business was verifiable on the GA Secretary of State website that I still needed to bring a copy of my business lease. I know that this is "not" required because I went home and opened the account on Wells Fargo website and through their 800 number. I let their headquarters know that I felt like I was treated this way because I am African American and I recorded the call where the lady kept implying that a lot of fraud and fake businesses and theft to me.

Had a wonderful banking experience at this location. I made an appointment online, they set me up with Jennifer Maimone and handled all my needs with my account. Days later she followed up with me to verify all items we discussed have been completed. There is much more she had to do but she went above and beyond for sure. If everyone was as professional as her this world would run smoother! Thank you Jennifer!

Went to the bank this morning to open a new account for my underage daughter. She just started a new job, she was told she needs to have a bank account this week to have direct deposit started. Like most of us working parents I work until 6 daily and I unfortunately can't get her to the bank during the week. Went to the bank Saturday morning scanned the qr code to open a new account that they( the bank) have in the lobby . I was 1st in line thought that was simple. Then was told that I have to have an appointment to open a new account. Then why do we have an option to come inside the bank and scan a qr code to open a new account ???? The qr code should be taken out of the lobby if it isn't an option . It's been awhile since I have opened up a new account but it just didn't seem right to go to a bank while it was open be 1st in line and leave with no account.

They stole my wire money!!!! Be careful! I sent on august 1 2022 $30000 and $40000 to 2 different banks. It’s been august 29th and still have not received it back nor to the beneficiaries They said because my name sounds close to name on sanctions list they have to hold it for a bit. They messed up my home closing and money is currently no where to be found.

I went into the branch to open a account on 7/7/22. No one was available to assist me, I was told I could open the account online so I did.After opening the account online I then proceeded to a teller so that I could deposit 2 checks into the account.Both checks from the same company! One check had my name hand written with dollars amount written as well and signed.The other all information was typed. and signed . The teller called for assistance from the manager at which time she informed me I would not be able to deposit the check. She didn't like the way the check was written!I asked what was the problem was because I have deposit and cashed theses checks in the pass. She then informed me to take the check to the bank it was drawn on and cash it and then deposit the funds into my account. On 7/8/22 I went to a different Wells Fargo's branch and was able to deposit the check without any problem.Absolutely no excuse for this!!!
