I am reporting this pharmacy to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacist is rude and takes no urgency to fill prescriptions or communicate any issues to the consumer. I have been dealing with their incompetence for 6 months. Time to escalate this lack of incompetence. They should be taking care of people much better. Very shameful.

My grandmother went into Walgreens and bought a bunch of things and got a seven dollar coupon on her receipt. She went back and bought more things so she could use a seven dollar coupon from the receipt and Karen wouldn't let her use it. She said that's for later. Well later is now how come at CVS I can use my coupon My extra care coupons right away but Walgreens Karen wouldn't let me. Karen needs to stick to knitting sweaters.

Made an appointment for my teenager to get the Covid vaccine (since Publix didn’t have the one approved for kids). We waited 45 minutes before they gave her the vaccine. They scheduled several people at once and had them all go at the same time… back to back. That’s fine, but what’s not fine is waiting 45 minutes. With Publix, I was in and out quickly when I got the Covid vaccine. The staff member helping us kept walking away while we were giving her information to check in. Also, if they have people waiting 45 minutes, their air conditioning needs to be working. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable in there. If you need the Covid vaccine, this isn’t the best option in the area.

Absolutely the WORST. They lost my roll for my film camera and haven’t returned my pictures or even my film. The most unprofessional behavior. I had to speak to 4 different managers and each one said they would call back which no one has. They just lost all my pictures and didn’t even address the issue. They’ve been dragging the issue for 5 months and I have no answers still. I don’t know what to do at this point.

The pharmacist has been rude for months. He is even rude to his coworkers in there. No wonder every time we go in there there seems to be new people. I got my prescription filled with required syringes and needles. They said they don’t have any and they don’t know when they’re gonna have any. I said then why did you fill the prescription. They said you have to go to another Walgreens to go find them.

They are always so kind and helpful at this location, but tonight Zina really went above and beyond. I’m so grateful to her. She had a lot going on it being near closing and this machine near the register beeping non-stop, yet she went out of her way showing incredible patience to help me use a coupon i’d initially forgotten about . So sweet. <3 AngelaGMills (somehow this isn’t posting under the correct Google account but my uncle’s lol)

I love this walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist is always so nice to me when I pick up my prescription. If I have any questions or need help she is always available to answer and never gets testy with me.

Nothing but problems at this pharmacy as of late!!!! They even refused to transfer our prescriptions!!! Stay away!!!!!

Absolute disaster. The place is a mess, the pricing is wrong on most items. If you make a purchasing decision, you're told "somebody must have moved it" when there's stock in the place where the tag is. Staff is indifferent and downright rude, like they're not even trying. If it's your last resort, use it, but avoid if at all possible.

I had a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience today with Christal (Krystal?) at the photo department of the Walgreens on Braselton Hwy in Buford. There was a long line at the regular checkout and only one cashier was available to assist customers at the regular checkout. Therefore, I waited at the photo department for over ten minutes to pick up my pictures. At the photo department, there was no bell to ring for assistance, no sign stating that the sales associate was on break, no sign directing customers to go to another register for assistance, etc. When the regular line was down, I then stood in that line and then asked the young man who was attending to the main checkout register for assistance. He was very friendly and came over to the photo department and attempted to help locate my photos. He was unable to and apologized for the inconvenience. Finally, the person who was supposed to be manning the photo department strolled out of the back room behind the photo area. She came out with an attitude, never acknowledged me as a customer, and actually looked annoyed that there was a customer needing assistance. The friendly young man explained to her that he was unable to locate my photos, and asked her if there was another method to search for them in the system. She snapped at her coworker "well, I'm here now" and rolled her eyes. I felt bad for the young man and explained to her that I had been waiting for over ten minutes for help, and he was nice enough to come over and try to provide assistance. She just glared at me. She never apologized for my wait, never even spoke to me, and was rude to her co-worker in front of me - a customer. She the barked out at the young man to check under my confirmation number, etc, because, according to her, there was no way there was an error on her part. I noticed that she was covering her badge with her phone so I could not see her name. I asked her to please tell me her name and she snapped "Christal" (Krystal?) and stared at me. Unbelievable!What a unpleasant experience I went through just to pick up some pictures!! Am I seriously expected to pay Walgreens for photo services only for its employee to treat me in such a rude manner?? At the end of the day, I had to send the photos to another Walgreens because I do not trust the incompetent photo technician at this location to not lose the photos again while she is in the back room not helping customers and then getting upset when she has to actually work. I question where is the management at this store (and if someone like her is in a position of management that would explain a lot!). This store just lost my business.

The customer service here sucks. Went to pick up a curbside order at the photo counter and the woman with the big Afro acted like I wasn’t even standing there. She had headphones in her ears and acted as if she was off the clock in her own world. I stood there for a couple of minutes and then asked if there was anyone that could assist me. She starred at me as if I said something rude to her. She respond and say well the person that works in this department is on lunch break. I respond and say, is there anyone that can assist me. She looked at me again with an attitude and stares at me blankly and proceed to go to the office located by the photo counter. At this point I was starring back at her. I go ask the young lady who is the cashier for assistance since she had no customers at the time. She’s friendly and proceeds to assist me. At this point I guess the woman with the Afro had went back to the back to get the worker she said was on so call lunch. He comes out looking at me crazy and tell the young lady I got to assist me that he could do it. Smh. This store is a hot mess. Don’t even bother going here.

Customers are waiting patiently at the photo counter while employees are busy updating price stickers. 2 employees walked past the waiting customers avoiding any eye contact. I finally said to one of them, is someone working this counter? She asked, picking up? I replied, Yes.. She proceeded to help me herself. Why the hell did she not stop what she was doing to help the obviously, and patiently, waiting customers?? Bad customer service. I won’t be returning to this Walgreens.
