Tried 5x to get them to call us back so we could have them install a garage door opener on a new home where they installed the garage door. The lady answered each time and said let me transfer you. Left 5 voicemails. Daughter in law called twice - same result. Can’t imagine what their service must be like.

My garage door was damaged after I accidentally backed my car into it. My builder connected these guys and they just came right next day. These people are amazing. They fixed the doo and got it functioning in under 30 minutes. They didn’t overcharge me, not try to sell me anything else. I would go for these guys help any time.

This company was a subcontractor hired by my builder. VOD installed the door improperly and I had to hire another company to fix the problems they left behind.

Bo with their service department was so rude!I got their information from the builder that contracted them because I'm trying to find a replacement door that they installed. He was nothing short of unpleasant, unhelpful, and unwilling to allow me to finish explaining my situation to find the door I need. Do not recommend this business if they allow this kind of customer service.

Dusty had a guy come out a year ago to install a new custom door and motor. Quality was 100%. Had them come back out this year to do our downstairs door and a unique motor for low overhead. There were many challenges of clearance etc.. He ensured everything would be without any doubt spot on and we were satisfied. Thank you again sir for your word on making it perfect. You exceeded expectations.

Don’t believe the Angie’s list reviews. These guys must install their garage doors blindfolded. Mine was installed and “programmed” but over-traveled to point of the carriage bar deflecting so much the chain would be fall into slack. I adjusted but the actuation but the door arm is still at a little too vertical causing some deflection and contacts part of the door bracing when opened. When the door is in the closed position it is out of vertical and to make this seal with the weatherstripping properly instead of fixing the door they just angled the weatherstripping. Just really poor work and they know they can get away with it because they are contracting for Dr Horton.

One of the cheapest quality Brand new garage door(by Voyles Overhead Door) installed by the Taylor Morrison builder at Alcovy creek property Lawrenceville, GA.Note: Even my two year old kid hits the door it will collapse all the way that is how the cheap quality material and installation.Forget about hitting the door by car!Voyles Overhead door technician ( Mike) is very rude the way he talks and he won’t even listen, moreover just fixing with screws $200 cash (or) $270 online credit.I fully agree believe with other reviewers by giving their rating( 1star is more than enough). I can’t post this review without 1star other wise 0 star.

Don't do it, you will be disappointed. Your Garage door will fall off in the middle of the night for no reason. You won't be able to get them on the phone. And when you do they will tell you, it is your fault that their cheap products are malfunctioning. DON'T DO IT.

Bought a brand new house by this worst builder possible called McKinley Homes and garage door was out on by this Voyles garage doors. They messed up big time, garage door electrical connection was installed wrong and caught fire … luckily it stayed just in that electrical outlet… please save your time and money and stay away from these people.

The experience with this company was HORRIBLE! The manager is horrible, he does not do his job and don't care about the customer.Unfortunately, I had to deal with him because the red cord was too low and got attach in the rack of my cord.He did not do anything, did not want to send somebody, said it's my fault so I dont' have the WARRANTY ANYMORE, after one month only.He is RUDE, unprofessional and don't deserve to be on the list "recommand by the builder", REALLY!!!Please do something and remove him from the list.More details:First of all, I did not take the package for the garage door when I purchased my house, and I did not need until last month (August).It s when I called this company, even though not recomended by customers and bad comments on the web site the contact, I did not know who to contact. I went to Home depot and Lowes but they don't do it.I had an issue with my garage door, the red cord was too long and it got stuck on the top of my car, so it blocked the door. I had to force it to exit the garage to go to work, and could not closed it. I contacted the company and asked if they could come the same day because my garage door was open. Le manager told me no, not the next day, even I insister.
