The front office staff were so kind in helping me find the correct pair. I was given a great tip to optimize my appointment and save the most money. The staff that did my exams were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great advice about my contacts. I was overjoyed with my checking out experience because it was so affordable. Best eye appointment I've had in years!

Went in today and staff was friendly. Found my regular glasses and sunglasses right away. The sunglasses price showed up higher on the tablet than the price that was on the price tag on the glasses. So they honored the price tag price and gave me the tag price for the frames which was awesome! Can't wait to receive my glasses!

I went to Visionworks and took my own frame. They placed the order, charged my insurance and my HSA for the lenses. Within a week the call me and told me the frame was not prescription. I went to pick up the frame and it turned to be that the lab refuse to do the lenses and put them on the frame. Make me waste a week and now I have to wait until the credit everything before another company do the lenses and I can have them. If I could I would give them “0” stars.

the worst place ever to get your glasses from. They never answer the phone first and foremost. On top of that my glasses I ordered 2-3 weeks ago was never put into their system. So they basically stole my money.Do not go here. If you are in the mall of ga area, visit pearl vision. They took care of me and even offered me a discount

I hate leaving horrible reviews but I slept on it last night and woke up feeling like this needs to be reviewed. Last night I went to Vision Works to get my PD measurements again because I thought I misplaced the measurements I had gotten from them weeks before. I walked in and spoke with Omah (I believe that's how you spell her name) and asked for a PD and she said "We don't do that unless you're getting glasses from us." I was so confused because I walked in weeks ago and asked and they were incredibly kind and did it without question. So that's what I told her. She looked at me and said "Someone HERE gave you the PD? Because we don't give them out, so if you lost the numbers we can't give them to you again. You can't just keep coming in here asking for us to measure your PD." So again, still confused and since I've NEVER seen her there before I asked to see management. She LITERALLY rolled her eyes and said "They left for the day, I am a licensed Optician and we don't give those out." So I am thinking They're MY measurements. It's MY right to ask. If I have to pay for it, I will just tell me how much, measure my PD and move along to the next customer. I am so stunned at her unprofessional attitude. So she finally says "I'll do them but you do know we can charge you for them. Every place you go charges you for them and we do this as a courtesy. You need to take a picture of the numbers so you don't lose them again. Go sit and I'll measure them." I am BEYOND stunned at this attitude. I've NEVER encountered this from this location. They've always been so kind. After she's done measuring them, she grabs a note pad and a pen and is shaking her head. Writes them down, I take a pic and get up to leave, she grabs the notepad and crumples it up and throws it away. I was so stunned at this behavior from a professional that I went to write a review and stopped because I needed to calm down and reevaluate what just happened, maybe she had a bad day. I even googled PD rules and it states they have the option to charge you and that was perfectly fine if that's the rules but I was NEVER told this, until now. I even found my last measurements from a few weeks ago this morning and she gave me the wrong numbers. Which makes me feel like this was done on purpose because she was frustrated. So I chose to write this review after I found my previous measurements. Again, I loved this location because everyone was always so professional and kind. Even hyping me up on glasses I liked. I'm so disappointed in this woman they have on staff.

The absolute best service anyone could ever ask for! They take a personal interest in you and will answer all questions and make you a priority! From the front desk staff to the doctors assistant to the actual doctor himself everyone was amazing! Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Visited on June 2nd for contact lens exam. It’s been 6 weeks - no proactive follow up at all to get me my contact lenses. Calls to the store are answered by automated service and then routed to a customer care center. I can’t talk to anyone in the actual store. I just need my lenses.

As I stated in the survey, all the soldiers were fantastic actually a 10-star visitation. The doctor very professional, does not have the greatest bedside manners. Matter of fact I would say lukewarm to cold. But that could be his very makeup, he was extremely professional and he did answer my questions even though at time it looked like he wanted to say shut the hell up and get out of here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had, the staff barely wants to do their job and assist patients with their proper paperwork, misinform people and have caused me to drive all the way to their location just to be dismissed by their staff members.I highkey recommend going to lens crafters or anywhere else because once you attempt to ask for anything other than the bare minimum the staff is not there to help you out. Really dissatisfied and irritated with the way my visit went.

My experience was amazing . I was comfortable and even the staff help me understand my benefit plan better so I could know what I was doing during the process of picking out my lens and frames . And also the exam and whole entire process was super quick ! By the way I loveeee my glasses ! <3

I received a coupon for $99 for two pair of glasses with progressive lenses. They have the same exact frame marked with different prices. You have to purchase the same price frame either $59 or $69. But one frame was marked $69 and the other exact frame was $99. This happened twice with two different sets of frames. Its obvious they dont want to honor the coupons. It's a scam. There pricing the frames purposely different prices. Jennifer D. stated they must have both been priced wrong. Jennifer also stated they have alot of frames priced incorrect and there trying to find them and fix the situation. Well that's just great so customers are buying frames at the wrong price. She acted very nervous when I showed her the $99 coupon. The other associate then offered a 50% coupon but I wanted two pair for $99 because I'm disabled and that's the coupon I have. So I found the exact same frames everything was marked same product number both had same information and they were priced two different prices as she stated the higher price is probably correct. She could not tell me how she came to that conclusion. This is not the first time I have caught strange issues in there store. After I was standing back outside the store after I left telling her I would call there corporate office I was listening to her talk to customers and other associates about the issue as to make it my problem. She refused to find out what happened. I asked for a manager but she refused.

Super slow! My husband had an eye appointment at 5pm. They didn’t see him until 5:40pm. His exam was finished at 6:20pm. And am waiting to check out. Will probably be another 30 min.

I’ve been going to vision works for years. I recently move to this area and decided to come here because it was closer. This location is horrible. The staff is not knowledgeable and you can never find anyone to help you.. I heard one of the workers saying everyone went to lunch at the same time. I got my eye exam and glasses here and will never come back. Horrible customer service.

Super slow.Staff sitting around talking while it’s 20 people in the store. First time here. Definitely won’t come back!I was here over 2hrs for an exam & to order glasses I had to say something since everyone is talking.Going back to Thomas eye group better service, glasses & prices.Update- no one called to tell me my daughters glasses was ready. I had to call myself. Once I got there the guy just put them on the corner. SMH1/28/23
