Came in to pick up a phone. Immediately was greeted upon walking in. Everyone was very nice and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be handled before I was able to pick it up. Helen did an amazing job in assisting and was very patient. I definitely recommend Verizon and this location!

Did the express pick up option, I went to pick up my phone. The manager wasn’t there so I couldn’t get my phone. Defeats the whole express pick up if you don’t have my phone ready to hand to me. Also as a phone store, how do open your store without the ability to sell phones. That’s kinda your main job. Get your manager in the building so you can sell phones.

I‘m a 10years customer... I’m consulting about billing! The manager doesn‘t want me to talk to me at all! Have you even opened an account here? Have you ever opened an account? Shouldn’t you help? He didn’t even want to ask for my phone number! He just said a few words and he didn’t even want to help me
Garbage service! I have been a customer for more than 10 years! I even want to change the phone company!

I walked in, the Verizon rep checked me in and asked what I was looking for today? I replied the samsung 6 watch, he asked if I wanted it today and I said yes.
The rep then helped another lady. The only other Verizon worker in there told the rep that checked me in... said I was next. The rep ignored him, continued to help the other person and when done helped yet a different lady that had just walked in the door and left me sitting there AGAIN.
I left. I will never return. I guess wanting to buy that day was not good enough for that Corporate Verizon Store.
The one in Lawrenceville is the best.

First time I used this company, sales told me to change to your company, what a great thing to say, I need to change companies now and you tell me you can't do it? Please respect everyone's opinion, when you change your company, you can do anything, I need to change to another company, you can't do anything!

Went today 1/12/24 to get a new phone. We walked in and there was 1 gentleman ahead of us because you have to scan a QR code to get help. We waited approximately 30 minutes and not even a Hello, we will be with you shortly. They were not busy at all, I even walked around the showroom thinking maybe they would say Hi. Left and drove to Gainesville where we were welcomed in and the their team was super knowledgeable. Don’t waste your time dealing with the Buford, GA location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they can’t even do this basics.

Great service today!! Alejandro went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot my new phone activation on my secure business mobile account. I did not have a number to call so he stood with me and got me through with them! He could have said I can’t help but instead, he said, “I would be glad to try!” They solved my issue and made sure my new device was working and I was back in business!. Thank you Verizon Buford!! ?

The manager Dena was lazy and unhelpful. I asked if they activate the new phones or if we do and she said we do it and the process is user friendly. She just didn’t want to help us! My husband and I are new customers and he got a defective phone. He took it back the next day and she asked him if our kids got a hold of the phone because it looked like it was peppermint in the charging port. We don’t even have kids! So rude and disrespectful! Deflected that the phone was defective and tried to blame our “imaginary kids” Then, she told my husband that she cancelled the defective phone, but never did. When we activated the replacement phone it gave him a number with a Texas area code! Unbelievable. We spent all day transferring the lines with customer service and he still cannot receive phone calls. This experience has been a nightmare. However, David was very helpful but I’m going to corporate about the sorry manager!
