Horrible customer service, as I sit here and write this review I'm in the store now. I've been waiting for an hour. Came here to return a phone and get a screen protector should've only taken no more than 5mins. It took them 30min just to sign me in on the waiting list and now I sit here waiting even longer it's been 54mins since then. Terrible service, slow delivery on the sales team. Also there's other employees in the back that could be helping but there just back there only God knows doing what.

The store Representative will mislead you to get your business. the hole verizon service, got that way ,or I just got this kind Representative. So I'm switching to new carrier. You keep same number same service ,even cheaper , more promotions !!!

If I could I would give them a negative number. I have had a terrible experience with Verizon, two years ago and I thought things may have changed so I tried to go back. They have tons of hidden charges they charged me $165 just to join. My first bill was $514.00 activation fee we're supposed to be waived and free phones. Customer service had me on the phone for over an hour and nothing got solved. I am mad at myself for signing a contract with them and we'll get out of it as soon as I can. T-Mobile is great. No hidden fees you pay nothing upfront and I have the same quality service. Hopefully I can figure out how to switch companies soon. * I have 3 phone lines

I have been coming to the store for years. We have a business account and it's always been stressful, but the last two times I've come here the customer service has been exceptional! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with this store!

This store does not even deserve one star! I'm a Verizon customer and have been many years. I was going to see about buying a new phone and upgrading my plan. I walked in the store a man from the back yelled, "ma'am are you here for a pick up or an appointment? " I said no I don't have an appointment. He said sign in and it will be an hour and 20 minutes. I said Nevermind. I'm going to T Mobile, which I did. They had great customer service unlike Verizon!!! Do ever go to this business, they don't deserve anyone's business!!!

Felt like shit and staff is super undertrained and racist. How is it that I come 15 minutes before this white lady arrives and they told me that they'll assist her because it was quick even though I just came in there to pick up my order, before going to work myself so I won't be late but noooo they didn't ask why I came in. Helping that lady was not quick at all and they knew they fucked up. Bunch of racist people who only will take care of the white first, black second, and any race after that.

This is one of the biggest Verizon stores I've ever been to. The customer service was really quick. When I first got there I had 3 people ahead of me in line. Within 4 minutes I was being helped by a rep. I just needed another SIM card for my Iphone. I was out of the store within 10 minutes max. I would recommend this store to anyone.

We were told an hour wait and that we could grab coffee and be texted to come back. .. so we did. They messaged us after 20 minutes so we rushed back. They already kicked us out of line in 8 minutes and now we waited back in line again . Still standing here ..... now an hour again and they close soon, no help.

Amazing customer service by Erica! Thank you so much! Quickest service ever. Normally I'd wait up to 2 hours to switch phones but everything was wrapped up within 15 minutes!

It's not off and I have to visit a remote phone service store, and most of the time I'm not happy with the service and knowledge in these independent locations. Today however was different. I have a company phone that I needed to replace but only needed the Sim card from Verizon. This is a process having to go through my company for approval but the manager here was on his a game, advised me I needed to bring an approval document that I am able to make changes to this account and then I could pick it up in the morning.My IT team with my company got me the necessary documentation, I brought it in and ask for the same manager, waited a short time and he brought up my account on his pad to complete the transaction. The store was crowded, there was adequate staff helping people and my situation was handled in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way to myCompany office so I could get my phone operational. As my past experiences with remote offices for AT&T or Verizon have never been pleasant (I buy everything from Apple directly) I have to give kudos to this location for being on the ball and certainly handling my situation with no complication and knowledge of what to do. Thanks for your help. I'll be back if needed. Recommend

I've been with Verizon for over 25 years. This is by far the best location I've ever visited. Looks like they used to have service issues but not with me! Over the past 3-4 days I visited them twice to upgrade two different phones and trade in two phones. I had two different sales persons and I felt both were highly professional. I have never enjoyed going into a Verizon store for service or to upgrade phones. The environment in most stores reminds me of buying a car. Most apply pressure and try to sell things you just don't need or want. This location is very clean, they are well staffed and knowledgeable. I wish that I had asked her name, but I didn't think about it before now. Very professional female sales person, possibly if Korean, Japanese or Chinese background. She was multitasking like nothing I've seen and doing 5 things at once while still explaining to me what she was doing. All in all she was able to get me in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Strongly recommend this location and whomever manages it should give their staff a bonus!

Horrible customer service and bad practices. My husband and I were with them for over 15 years and just recently switched to AT&T to save money. We disconnected and ported lines upon switching, however, the person at Verizon never did their job. Just got stuck with two bills for service that we never used. When we called to inquire about the bills, they were unwilling to recognize their error and waive all fees associated with the cancel of service. We always paid our bill on time and in my opinion, were the best customers. They just lost a customer forever over $75! Makes absol

Nate answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend this location. Reading some reviews reminds me of my retail days. Some people just can't be satisfied. I say give this location a shot. They did good by me !
