Terrible delivery service I ship quite a lot pf things I use UPS and FedEx they ship things on time or sooner but , when it’s (usps)They ship things late le then what they say and I’ve used them several times and they always are late not satisfied with the usps service. I suggest using a better and more reliable service such as fed ex or ups good luck

The staff is professional and friendly. However, I understand why it’s called “snail mail”. I paid for priority mail which should be 2-3 days and it took 20 days to reach the destination. I mailed regular mail and it took 25 days. This is unacceptable and from now on I will use the UPS Store.

I've file complaints for years about wet mail! Carrier said my box was broke! Sent pics it was a lie! Problem works for a few weeks but everyime it rains the door it opened enough for rain to get it. He left a note one day saying box not water proof! I sent to the post master as well! Mail wont get wet it the door is closed! One of my neighbors 4 housea down tells me one day the mailman can refuse to deliver your mail and im like how you know i have a problem with my mail? So he's bragging. This been going on for years last year my mom sent my daughter a Christmas box 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas she got it in PERFECT condition in like February and she paid for express or 2 day delivery.

They were so friendly and nice! I had some issues of my own fault and they were so patient with me! The line was less than 5 min. Great experience!

It's Christmas and there was no Christmas spirit. No tree no decor it was sad to see people are sending packages for the holidays. It's my first time seeing a post office with no spirit..

Customer service is great. The wait is ridiculous. Whoever is in charge of making new keys for mailboxes is not doing their job. I needed a replacement key and I had to come up here 7x to get the right key .

This location is the one to go to if you want to be treated well! I went in holiday rush time and was still given excellent service. Clerks are very helpful and respectful.

Went to bring in items for a claim and the only person who could do anything to help me was out to lunch at 3:20 and they didn't know if she would be back before 4:30. A waste of my time.

-100 Stars. Do yourself a huge favor and DON'T leave any item in the priority Mail Drop after hours. I left TWO priority packages (one was self stamped using my business mail account) and they both "disappeared" (was "lost in the automated mail system" but assured the items would be found in June 2023). When I completed the "lost mail" form online (but not before waiting 60 days while they attempted to "find it," I was emailed the decision: NO refund (of the cost spent on the items and post fee) because I had no proof it was scanned (!). I wish the government will investigate this branch because there is obviously a theft-ring going on---based on everyone's comments. I bet if they surveyed their videos they'd see their staff, on camera, stealing packages, checks, and everything else people are complaining about at this location! THAT MANY packages and mail can not get lost that easily, and it it does it seems like there should be some type of internal review--asap.

driver 3301648 is driving way to fast she was at least doing 60 in a 35 we watched her run 2 stop signs . this is un called for she’s driving that fast. i a kid walked out for get it . please slow her down

THREE Considerations for Management:1. Your Staff needs MORE Staff! 2. Clean Up the Grounds (outside and inside) 3. Install a Drive Through Mail Drop in the Post Office Wall to cut down on all the folks that are having to PARK (in the already packed and poorly laid out lot) just to WALK in the PO to drop off a couple pieces of mail.I believe the Buford USPS can do much better. Thank You.
