Zero Stars they are horrible would refuse to give me my mail that I paid for in my mailbox and scammed. They are bad at business and the employees are very rude do not come here.

Terrible customer service, rude employees .. been waiting 5 days for priority, mail. their excuse was a three day grace. Period. However, I have yet to get my package on the 6th day

Extremely rude employees. I’ve had multiple packages never scanned in when I use their drop box so I sometimes will ring the bell and ask them to scan my packages at drop off, today the lady made multiple comments about using the box despite me having a large box that I feared getting stuck as that’s happened before.There is one older lady that is super sweet anytime she’s working but every other employee at the window has been rude.

What a joke they steal our Fed Ex packages instead of picking up postal and then wont answer phone to get them back. This is why government labor gets bad name.

Terrible! Third package lost this week alone! Ordered furniture via Amazon that was some reason shipped via usps and they will not deliver to my home, but want me to instead pickup at their location. Called multiple times and multiple days a NO ONE WILL PICKUP. The worst customer service or lack of.

Very incompetent workers here. It been 4 weeks since they have lost my package. They're saying they've miss delivered it, yet marking cases number as "RESOLVED"? When I call the actual USPS customer service line they're just reopening it rather resolving it, even though the package has insurance coverage on it. I've been calling them for a while, to ask for an update or something. They do not respond to any calls and will call you back when they are almost closed. I will never use any USPS services again for any of my deliveries.

Worst post office ever. The driver is reportedly putting delivered in mailbox and my packages have not been there and this is the second time within 2 weeks.
