Overall good experience with purchasing our pilot at Honda. The sales team was awesome. It was a pretty fast closing when purchasing the vehicle and been happy with our car. Only reason they did not get a 5 star from us is because of the lack of communication about our tags and registration. Usually in GA we get the tag mailed to us or some communication from the dealership letting us know to pick up the tag. I had to call to see if I can get my tag.

Honda Mall of Ga has extremely friendly staff and my salesman Johan Joubert was awesome! He showed me a couple of vehicles and was very detailed about the features of each one. We went for a test drive and I picked a Honda Pilot SE. No pressure to buy which was wonderful and they offered above fair market value for my trade in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and had a great experience!

Phu Win and Krumesh Patel were absolutely the best! Krumesh worked very diligently finding the best possible option for financing my new car. He got a lower payment than I ever anticipated and extended warranties that I had no idea even existed. He is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely goes above and beyond for his customers. Secondly, Phu was my salesman who provided an overall pleasurable experience. He knows so much about Hondas and was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. My salesman was Gilbert Smith. He is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He made my car experience smooth. He never pressured me into buying a car. He answered all my questions honestly. I will be using Gilbert again. My finance guy was Jonathan Vidarte he was awesome also. He listened to everything I said about my price range. This was the 5th car we've purchased in 6 years.
Always an upgrade due to family needs.
I'd just started looking around, wasn't in a hurry or need.
Window shopping when something caught my eye and my Wife liked it (Bonus).
Michael Yang and Rasmin got me a great deal with a great rate through Honda.
FYI, it takes time for the sales people too get deals, have some patience.
Coming to about a month and we couldn't be happier.
