In this microwave society, we live in, technology, apps, AI, you name it there’s something to be said for good old-fashioned American American service team. This location is the best I’ve ever worked with UPS and FedEx four different start up business ventures. Take long with the first one to realize that UPS was the choice and now settled into an office, I have to tell you at first, it was a price point, especially in new startup businesses, but not only are they cheaper, I can save without hesitation in the 2 to 300 individual packages on a monthly basis in the real estate industry. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve ever had any issue, not so much is, the package being late. I would encourage all business owners out there, as well as people just looking to take advantage of the lowest prices, the best deals, and like I said before, I can’t reiterate it enough by far the best customer service by light years among their competitors FYI, I hardly ever ever post a review or any comments related to any of the services I use across-the-board for running my companies However, sometimes just gotta stop what you’re doing and show respect, admiration, confidence, and more so than anything we appreciation, staff and UPS is a whole has their clients and customers, regardless of their volume. So respectfully respect is due and more importantly specifically I’ve learned overtime that it’s always about “quality over quantity

There was a mistake made on my shipment and the people that took care of me made sure everything was corrected before it was shipped to the wrong address. I truly appreciate it and this shipment is very important. We don’t normally come pass good people like this these now and days but you guys approve it to us each and everyday. Thank you for all of the help words can’t even describe how thankful I am for everything you have done for me.

The staff is always very helpful, especially when doing returns or shipping things out even assisted me when there was a grumpy postal employee who was honking at me because I had parked in front of the store even though I’m handicap, he didn’t seem to care, but they were very polite about the situation. Kudos to the staff here for caring.

I went in clueless but the lady there was very nice, very informative, and very helpful! She even gave recommendations for restaurants, parks, etc. She was wonderful! 10 out of 5! Definitely WOULD recommend!!!

Dropped a package, Said it was going to be delivered by 7pm the next day. No package, Updated in tracking it is on its way. Call customer service UPS say that an email regarding this package would be sent by 10 am. No email. Call this store, they said there was no packages there and it must have not been scanned, they would call the hub and a manager would call me back between 1-2pm. Called back to the store at 3pm was told we are just a franchise and that they couldn't help me. Argued with them and they said they didn't get any message. Then said that I needed to call customer service and customer service says it never left the store. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?? No one here cares where your package is and doesn't care to try to find out or have any sense of customer service.

My Amazon return could not be processed because for some reason, it needed a box. Mind you, it came in a thick zippered plastic bag, NOT in a box, from Amazon. UPS wanted me to BUY a box! Why should I have to buy a box for FREE returns???? Sounds like a ripoff to me. Thanks for nothing, UPS Store.Added: The returns I was able to process still haven't shown up as processed by UPS 4 days later!!!!!! Can't get my refund because of it!

Bunch of thugs! Charged me $8 for printing two shipping labels, none of the other UPS store ever charged me any fee! Very rude and raciest staff, they will take advantage of your! Avoid them if you can and go to other UPS stores close by!
