Friendly and accomodating staff. She was understanding of my lack of computer knowledge. I also witnessed her being very patient and explaining in detail to a family who spoke very little English. Wish I had got her name.

Syed was very friendly, helpful, and attentive! What takes me almost 45 minutes to do at USPS took me only 7 minutes here at UPS. The customer service at this location is always wonderful as well!

Syed was extremely helpful and took care of me quickly and efficiently. I told him what I needed. He got me the correct folder size and the correct shipping. Painless interaction! With all the issues USPS is having why not use UPS for ease of mind.

I needed 2 things, to return an Amazon purchase and a single stamp. I was in the area so I stopped here. The guy with the accent and glasses told me the Amazon return needed to be in an Amazon box. The item was never used, never even opened, and didn't come shipped in a Amazon box. The product box was the box I received. He reluctantly returned the item. What really made me leave a 1 star review is when I wanted to purchase a single stamp I was told they only sell books. In the world today who really needs that many stamps. It's like a check book, who writes checks. Anyway I told them the UPS STORE in Suwanee and Bethlehem have both sold me a single envelope and stamp. I know they (UPS & the employees) won't care but I won't be returning to this location.

Extremely poor customer service by one of the employees who was yelling at some of the customers. Very inappropriate behaivor. I left the store and did not feel comfortable communicating with her.

Customer service was amazing. It was a short visit for Amazon returns but the service desk employee was very polite and kind. I think his name said Daniel (not 100%). I've been to a lot of UPS stores but I would say by far the best as far as greeting customers and handling so many of us too. ??

So glad I discovered this location which happens to be near my work. Always friendly & professional service, especially Daniel, who always has a smile on his face & happy to help anyone who walks in the store. i.e. I took a risk of stopping by to drop off an Amazon order right before my shift & in a super hurry. While waiting in line during busy time, Daniel (I'm assuming saw a long line & as busy as he was) called out to let those in line asking if anyone is here to return an Amazon order. So I raised my hand and informed us that there is a kiosk by the front door - quick, easy & effective process. Thanks goodness he used his quick & wise judgement to make this announcement! Not only did he save me a great deal of time, but I was able to make it back to work a minute early! I'm so grateful Daniel did this cuz few customers in front of me had to ship quite a bit of boxes which probably would've taken a long time. Having a great worker like Daniel already determined my choice to only come to this location.
