i came here today and the store was super clean and nice and i was greeted on the way in the the way out and specially the cashier Celina was so nice and helpful and she did an amazing job??

I typically come to this Ulta because the customer service is decent. Wanted to get a new perfume but all the testers are locked up - why? And even more than that, why only have ONE key to unlock the testers if you’re gonna lock them up. You’re better off going to the new Snellville location. I won’t be back to this one.

Came in looking for the new Clinique black honey Mascara and Shirley helped Me find it quickly! She was amazing and I love the service I get here. Big shout out to Kayla at the register as well! Love this store!

Your employee Kaitlyn knows how to offer best in class service. I needed Clinique foundation, eye liner and mascara. She helped me find my products.
Jordan the cashier was very friendly too. This location is well managed.

Could not give me back my money for a product I was returning. Only offered store credit since they couldn’t figure out their computers. Awful customer service. I’m disabled and I had to stand there waiting for them to try 3 registers for 20 mins. DO NOT GO HERE

I had an outstanding experience at Ulta Beauty on the evening of Tuesday, 7/16/24, thanks to Nick and his mentee. Nick was training another cosmetologist, whose name I can’t recall, but his customer service skills were just as impressive as Nick's.
I truly appreciated their patience and dedication as they taught me about various foundations, concealers, primers, lipstick, eyeshadow, mascara, and blush. Even though they were at the end of their shift, they took their time to ensure I had the proper foundation matches and colors for my upcoming vacation.
Nick was not only educating me on how to apply and wear makeup but also mentoring his colleague. Both of their skin looked flawless, with makeup that appeared natural and not overpowering. They thoroughly explained how to appropriately use each product they recommended.
I left feeling rejuvenated, with my makeup looking natural and beautiful. If you need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Nick or his protégé at the Ulta Beauty by the Mall of Georgia.

The cashier told me to join the membership with my phone number, but when I said no, she gave my point to someone else. They didn't even kindly explain that I could accumulate points. And I felt so bad about why they put my points to someone else i didnt know.

Esther (I pray that was her name) was amazing! Great personality bubbly and professional all at once! This girl knows her products thanks for a great experience. I usually do not like this location they are always busy and the customers stay complaining. The staff has always been great!

Worst and most expensive haircut I’ve ever had! I went for a cut with a “master stylist” and booked the more expensive deluxe cut. The stylist cut my dry, dirty hair in less than 10 minutes. Then after the it she washed it and then asked how I wanted it styled. I said whatever you think and she blow dried it a bit and then used a flatiron for a few minutes to create curls. I was turned around the whole time. When she finished I looked absolutely ridiculous with tight curls. She then charged me an extra $34 for “styling” on top of the $67 for the haircut. Once I washed and dried my hair at home I saw the poor quality of the haircut - long random pieces and not cut the way I had asked. Worst experience of my life - lesson learned.
