I have been to this nail salon twice, the first time I came the lady did a pretty good job. It was not the best service I ever received but it was not the worst. I have never written a negative review about any business before but I am very disappointed.
I tried the salon again this past week for a SNS manicure and a regular pedicure. Upon leaving I loved the service I received. But the following day one of my nails broke, then another chipped and so on. I am not hard on my hands at all. It has since been 4 days since my service and 6 of my nails are chipped or broken. SNS nails usually last me 3-4 weeks, so after paying $100 for my service plus a tip I would expect my nails to last longer the 4 days.
I will never be returning to this salon and I encourage you to take this warning into consideration before wasting your money as I did.

Highly recommend asking the price before you sit down. I just got charged $50 for a gel polish change for two kids. For one child it was her hands, the other child it was her feet. I’m not even talking about a manicure and a pedicure. We just did a polish change and that’s it. We were in and out in 20 minutes. I feel that 50 bucks plus a tip seems a little steep for the service.

Beautiful, clean, and professional! I did a walk-in S&M and pedicure and they were able to get me in immediately and do beautiful work. Needed a quick red to match a lipstick LOVED how consistent and even and equal my nails look.

The new owner is AMAZING!!!!! I have been coming here since 2016. I liked the place before, but new owner, Kelly, is a master of both her craft (nails) and customer service!!! I almost never take the time to write reviews, but she and her staff stand out!!!! When she took over, she made a ton of changes to make the store more beautiful, more comfortable, and more customer-friendly. I have thought for years that larger tv’s would be great and closed-captioning would be even better. She did all of that and more!! Water available for customers and tv channel is always on HGTV. Talk about knowing your customers!!!! Previous owner made us watch a tiny tv a distance away and it was ALWAYS on Kelly and Ryan (or whoever else). BORING!!!!
Just when I thought it could not get better, she gifted her regular customers with a divine hand lotion for Christmas!! A full-size one too, not a sample size! Please reward Kelly with your business! You will not regret it!!!

Cindy was great as always. I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and was acquainted with the previous owners. The new owners are great. I always had great service. The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly.
