Robert's Trailer Works was recommended by the folks who own the storage facility we store our 21' teardrop camper. I'm so glad I decided to give these guys a try. Robert and his team do excellent work, complete the work when promised and answered all of the questions I had. He is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. If you need work done on your trailer, he is your guy. I will definitely be a return customer.

Trailer Works operates under the best system around...Customer First. This is unlike the other Trailer Hitch Companies I tried to work with in the Duluth Area who were extremely close minded when it came to Customer Service. Trailer Works did everything they said at a competitive price, on time and with a GREAT Attitude.I would highly recommend them over any other Hitch & Trailer Companies around!

I want to give a big shout out to Trailer Works, as well to owner Robert and his amazing team!! I was very fortunate to have found Trailer Works, they went above and beyond their call of duty; they made my double axel dump trailer even better than before I dropped it off. They certainly met and exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, they are very professional and thoroughly inspected my trailer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of trailer repairs or improvements to their trailer. Trailer Works installed a hitch on my new car - not a big job, but Robert and his staff were very friendly, informative and patient with all my questions and delivered a great job installing the hitch at a reasonable price.
